I Held a Corso Manuscript
—written in the NYC Library
My fingers trembled—like a junkie As Corso reached out to me—from Death
O ancient Beatnik kiss of words— From faraway gone Fifties fragile years
I could still smell the cigarette— You were smoking way back then
The page breathing pure Pulp Fiction— Long before Tarantino was born
What better evidence of you being— Triumphant in your private telepathy?
Finding myself entangled once again— Your Manhattan Bleecker Street blues
Bohemian poet full of penguin dust— Rascal beat poet Villonesque Rimbaud
You were leaning against the Eiffel Tower— Depressing Notre Dame gargoyles above
That’s the last time I saw you alive— Dying on the cypressean page

Sound familiar, Maddy? Hmmmm? Awwww, you remember me. Shucks. It was like college, wasn't it? And now we know who is following Saul Alinksy's rules for radicals, and who is not.

Loving it! She's a junior this year and will be traveling to Greece with the Dean's travel colloquium. The kid's got talent. Thanks for asking.

Hey Bosox, Gail Bush. Hmmm, that name doesn't ring a bell. And I lost track of S Deb years ago. I've been busy with my own website going after a corrupt educational program called International Baccalaureate. Check it out, if you are so inclined: http://truthaboutib.com/

And now we know who is following Saul Alinksy's rules for radicals, and who is not. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/23/weekinreview/23alinsky.html http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=19735 By the time you get where the second site and the responding posters come from, then the author of the first web-site's column is dubious as well; one shadows the other. Anyone who still thinks Jerry Wright is a danger to society -- must have been part of the program to spin this in the first place: by editing his sermons for sale tapes and videos in the vestibule! If these right wing Alinsky imitators really had a score-card and watched the play-backs, when they target Martin Luther King why don't they go straight to his advisor, the gay,Quaker educated, Bayard Rustin. But they can't, the blow-back is too hot for them.

Perhaps I misunderstand whom you are referring to as "right wing Alinsky imitators". Would you clarify that for me? Thanks.

I can't recall Gail's tag but she was the girl who worked for USA Today at one time and she was living in the Los Angeles area when she was posting in the NYTimes forums.
