I think Ryan Zimmerman is one of the missing quiz answers.  Surprised you all missed that one.

Lots of good NL story lines.  Sorry to see Nats lose yesterday.  That was pivotal.  But still plenty alive.

Here, let me help.

I saw Zimmerman, after I had already posted my choices.

Help?

Yes.

You clearly wanted your words reposted.

I reposted them, again.

Nola is brilliant. He throws any pitch in any count in any situation. Remarkable.

That said, the Phillies aren't ready yet. They play terrible defense, run the bases poorly and have a crummy bullpen. Tonight Kapler has to stay with a clearly gassed Nola.

I still think they'll find a way into the post-season. I'm a fool.

He's the Cy Young.

The bullpen is better than you think, but the defense has been bad all year. Young team.

As you said, Mr. Utley, Roman Quinn can fly.

Fly, Roman, fly!

Not many hit the ball to left center in that park and get a triple.

Loving these new Mets

Syndergaard goes nine.

Good team next year.

Mr. Utley informed me couple of weeks back that the Phillies bullpen is "better than you think."  I admit he might be right because I think the Phillies bullpen is among the worst I've ever seen.  They couldn't possibly be that terrible and thus they're likely "better "than I think. Nobody there throws a first-pitch strike.  Just dreadful.

Kapler Gene Mauched his pen.

Plus, the hitting coach will be fired (Steinbrenner solution #3), which is where the issues have been for the last month and a half.

Encouraging season for the Utes. Now, with a $69million payroll, entering next season, sign Machado and Harper, and trade for another starter.
