1. Sort out your diet plan. It's probably the most essential components of a fit life style. Lots of people pay no attention to this, but if you do physical exercise and take plenty of junk food you won't get any fitter. This is because the junk food turns to fat almost immediately and exercising only gets rid of that body fat, and that means you are effectively going nowhere.

2. Take plenty of drinking water. The human body consists of more than 80% water, and you also need to keep replenishing it. You need to drink at least 1 liter of water a day. Your body sweats a lot of that water so you need to put it back in.
