Is anyone as sick as I am with coverage of people like Paris Hilton and Lindsay, etc.  I think it's absolutely insane that this no-talented personalities are treated like gods or celebrities.

While they got a lot of coverage, real news gets the sack.

Dumbing down of America.  Who cares about the Beckhams; let them go back to GB?

Sick, sick, sick.

Dodd "boring."  That has been the downfall of this democracy.

Which is better: a boring president who actually does something to alleviate the ails of this country and who has real compassion, or a life of the party, great personality president who destroys this country and aids and abets the greedy corporate structure of this country.

How about assessing a candidate's real worth instead of personality?  Jesus: look at Bush.  He is ignorant as he;; can't be bothered reading the newspapers and cannot speak a complete sentence.  People didn't really pay attention to his record (and I also fault the press).

I'll go with the boring anytime.

There was a fuzzy nude photo of her one day in a supermarket tabloid I noticed as I waited in the checkout line....I had to avert my eyes.

It seems that this poll has grown a little old.  Maybe most annoying reality show?

Protest.    Just because  some people are in denial about not being able to give up their favorite stimulus doesn't mean we should give any credence to their habit by even dignifying their drug of choice. Kiss

Are you suggesting we discuss Male Celebs for a change? That's celebrated males not celibate males.

Oh, you mean like Kerouac (drunk), Ginsberg (Hep C - liver cancer), Neil Cassidy (OD Mexico), Corso, etc. etc. etc.

The list is long...all the Beats dead and gone now, my dear Madame Mad.

And yet you still go on and on...glorifying them like gods...

Read them and weep, Madame Mad...

Weep your crocodile tears, my dear...

Fresh off the wires...

After his inauspicious start and injury after injury, David Beckham has decided to retire from Soccer and join up with his ex-wife's old singing group.

He will appropriately be called...  "Old-Spice"

All the polls need to be updated.  Who's in charge of that?
