Nov...China had a record trade surplus.
China...exporting to the max, importing much less...lol...dumb West exported 'all' its manufacturing jobs to China...China flourishes while the West 'starves'.
Oh the folly of free trade agreements with China.
CHAFTA...with Australia...now a joke, all China's doing.

Free trade agreement with the USA...China has only bought 55% of the imports from USA it is required to.
It had a record US$37.4 billion trade surplus with the US.
It'd be funny if it weren't so serious.   The West losing...and China is waltzing thru the world doing just as it pleases.

There are solutions ...one being...stop buying things made in China.
Trouble with that idea is ...there's 'nothing' else to buy, 'everything' is made in China. A stop should be put to that.

Recently retired no1 radio host always says:

"There should be a tariff placed on goods from cheap-labour countries equal to the difference between production costs in those countries and
production costs in our country."

He also says: "Free trade is never free"

He also says: "Ownership is ownership...not investment".
