I would disagree, a little. Try "do I have consent?" This includes the legality question plus morality questions in those places in which the laws don't align with morality. (That is, most of the time.)

You might still want to refrain when it is moral, but might not be legal. OTOH, you can, I suppose, try to make a federal case out of it, which some have chosen to do. Loving is a name, not just an adjective or participle.

Courts don't deal in morality, only in the law, supposedly.
Love, lust, infatuation, it matters not.

These days, men should introduce a new concept/rule/manifesto on the subject.
Article 1. Men should obtain written and video proof of age and consent before engaging in sex with anyone.
Article 2.Women should be made to be the 'aggressors' in pursuit of sexual contact with anyone.
