Only one, never a serious contender, had advocated the GBI.
I assume the seizure of guns from homes thing was brought on from Beto O'Rourke's statement that he would seize Ak-15s. One statement in a debate, and now all candidates want to seize guns. And beyond that hyperbole, shame on Rahm for also repeating the overheated rhetoric on the Green New Deal.
Usual stuff you get in the early days of a primary, with people asking if the candidates that are competing for the attention of their party's base are going to be able to tack to the center to appeal to moderates in swing states.
Me, I'll take the above over the party with candidates who deny evolution, want to cut so many government agencies they can't remember their name or what they are for, or who announce their candidacy by calling Mexican immigrants rapists...
Oh, but on that last one no one asked if he would tack to the center, did they. Nor has he once elected. But strange how the media don't ask if his positions are too "extreme"...
