Nothing like having your starting pitcher put on the COVID-19 list right before the game he was going to start and giving a pitcher a chance to make his MLB debut in the middle of post-season chase.

Cashman has done a fine job with developing young pitchers this year but Rizzo replacing Voight is crazy. Luke is batting over .400 last few weeks while Rizzo will never see the mendoza line again.

What are you talking about?!

Rizzo's at .248 on the season and .300 avg for the last week. .964 OPS

Voit was at .143 avg for the last week and OPS of .400. OTOH, Voit's average for the year is a bit higher at .256.

Maybe you meant the other way around?
