As we install more rooftop generation for electrical heating systems, the demand for and price of natural gas will both drop. We are looking to export more municipal and industrial scale batteries as well as employ more at home. We are off to a good start, but it will take more than four years to fully update our power grid and minimize our dependence on fossil fuels.

What we unquestionably need four more years of is President Biden, the best chief executive of your lifetime.

In Anaheim they give us free Natural Gas for heating at my apartment complex, we receive free heating.

Biden is doing a great job, and so is Karen Bass.

Plus, the new Star Wars movie is going to be made here in California, lots of good things are happening, and we are getting our high speed train to Vegas, etc, lots of good things are happening.

Here is some good news, the new Star Wars movie is going to be made locally here in California. That is awesome. George Lucas was born in Modesto, and I am sure he is happy that Disney is creating local jobs in California. And this will inspire more filmmakers to film locally in California, and the whole economy will benefit.

And having won better working conditions and better pay with the Strikes, then the Union workers are all being treated better.

Malibu, Beverly Hills, Orange County, Burbank, Hollywood, etc, the economy is going to get better as more films are made locally.

And hopefully Universal is able to create more jobs as well. And the other studios.

High-end Mexican department store Liverpool made its interest in Nordstrom known last month when it became its second-largest stakeholder after the Nordstrom family. It acquired a 9.9% passive stake in Nordstrom for about 5.9 billion pesos ($293.8 million). Oct 12, 2022

========

Maybe the Mexicans can help to bring back The Broadway Department Stores, and maybe they can help to save Macy's, while working together as a team with the Italians, and the French, and with New Yorkers, etc, and with the Californians, etc.

Macys will close 150 stores, 50 this year it said Tuesday, after posting a fourth-quarter loss and declining sales.  https://trib.al/ii3rOyE

----------

We need to bring in the Italians, and the French, and the Mexicans, and New York, to help to save our department stores. Part of the greatness of free enterprise and capitalism is being able to have great stores.

I worked at The Broadway Department Store in Pasadena, California, and it was a great store, maybe the Italians, French, and Mexicans, can bring The Broadway Department Stores back.

We need to save our stores and markets.

The Dragonfly is a great club in Hollywood with a great smoking section for guys like Carlos Santana and Willie Nelson who like to smoke pot.

https://dragonflyhollywood.com/

It says Hip Hop on the page, but Metal bands play there too, and the Punkers jam there too.

It would be a cool spot for Orianthi to jam at.

And the Hollywood Vampires, etc.

As we build housing, then I really like the Art Deco Architecture from the 1920s and 1930s...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Art_Deco_in_the_United_States

And we can bring in the architects from Santorini, Greece, and from Spain, and from Italy, etc.

We also need to remember to build tennis courts, and swimming pools, etc.

And we need to have wonderful outdoor landscaping with fountains and plants and trees, etc, and cobblestones, etc.

Henderson, Nevada, is doing some fun new architecture. People need to have fun as they build housing, and they need to build great spaces for people to enjoy.

Abraham Maslow believed that curiosity and the need to explore is part of being human, so people have an innate desire to learn. And if we can instill in people the need to help other people, and to make the world a better place, like the Bible asks us to do in Matthew 25: 31-46, then as people become doctors, etc, and teachers, etc, and scientists, etc, and wealthy Business people, etc, then they will help other people.

The sign of Civilization is when you find skeletons with broken bones that healed, that shows that someone took care of that person while their broken bone healed.

We cannot be expected as a Civilized society to allow our friends and neighbors and fellow Americans to be left on the streets homeless. We cannot be expected to turn a blind eye to our 70,000 homeless people on the streets of Los Angeles. We cannot be expected to just worry about ourselves and forget about the 70,000 homeless people on the street.

My wealthiest friends spent their lives helping the homeless people. That is what Civilization is about, it is about helping each other while our broken bones heal. And we need to lift each other up, we need to lift up the coal miners and send them to school. Etc.

New York City's Albert Einstein College of Medicine is set to go tuition-free after receiving a $1 billion donation from former professor Ruth Gottesman.

We can send the people of Kentucky to Medical School for free in New York.

It sucks that every generation we need to start off poor just like our families did not build up this nation, we have to start off poor and we have to pay taxes. We are being punished for being born in America. Granted, Battle Mountain is better than Hong Kong, we are blessed to live in America as opposed to Hong Kong, but we need to give Equity to our American people.

The way that we can give Equity to all Americans is by giving every American a free Education. An Education is the great equalizer.

If your family helped to build America for 300 years, then you at least deserve a free Education. You do not need to work in the coal mines anymore, you can be a doctor, or a scientist, or a teacher, or a psychiatrist, etc.

And we need to put a fresh coat of paint on our ghettos, and we need libraries and coffee shops in the ghettos.

If your family helped to build America for 200 years then you should not be living in a tent on the sidewalk like you just got here from Timbuktu.

Here you go Bambu, Battle Mountain, Nevada, has an official Chamber of Commerce...

https://www.battlemountainchamber.com/

For the young Australian Rugby players who explore Nevada, Battle Mountain has the Calico Club, which is a legal Bordello where the Sports Stars from Los Angeles go, and the Calico Club has a 5 Star Restaurant, etc.

I was a cook at the Colt Casino, which is still there, the Rugby Players can eat at the Colt and they can do some gambling.

And land is cheap in Nevada for the immigrants who are looking for a cheap place to settle, and they can raise pigs, etc, and they can sell pork to San Francisco, etc. And Battle Mountain would be a great spot for the poor people from Asia, and from Ukraine, and from our Southern Border, etc.

There is a college in Elko, Nevada, for the people who want to study.

Frustrated Jewish Harvard alum plan massive audit of campus classes

#####

Good idea.

Natalie Portman is a Jew who was born in Israel and she has a degree in Psychology from Harvard.

Natalie can team up with Muzi who also studied Psychology at Harvard, Muzi is the Daughter of the President of China. They can work together to help the Homeless and the Mentally Ill and the Veterans and the Senior Citizens, etc. And they can help to open Mental Health Associations like the one in Santa Ana, and Wellness Centers like the one in Orange.

A lot of great people have attended Harvard.

Meander Where You May / Re: Meander Where You May

Here is an idea for a movie that would make people think twice before stealing someone's identity.

This villain steals someone's identity without realizing that he was stealing the identity of a high level organized crime figure. So, all of a sudden this villain has people out to murder him because they think he is the organized crime figure. The villain quickly regrets stealing the identity, as he fights for his life. Karma bit this guy on the ass bad. He is lucky to escape with his life and he learns his lesson the hard way.

We can make the movie at Universal, and I want a Bungalow Office.

Christina Pascucci - Candidate for the Senate

This weekend marks two years since Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine - what has become the worst humanitarian crisis and deadliest war in Europe since World War II. Hundreds of thousands have died and millions have been displaced. While the situation remains dire, it is increasingly absent in the news cycle.

We must support Ukraine, we must support freedom. The next stop for Putin will be a NATO country, and that would bring us into a full-fledged war, which we must avoid.

In terms of the money the U.S. sends, I believe we must have accountability by keeping close tabs on how that money is used and where it is going, to maximize transparency and efficacy. I also believe our European allies must match those funds.

Thank you to the Ukrainian Culture Center - UCC and Stand With Ukraine Foundation for your tireless work.

------

I told her that we need to find friends and allies to run Russia after we send Putin to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. We need to have a big meeting at the United Nations, with China on our team, and we need to send Putin to Guantanamo Bay. We have friends in the Arts in Russia, and in the Space Program, we need to find friends and allies to run Russia after we send Putin to Guantanamo Bay.

If Ronald Reagan was President then Putin would not be acting this way. Enough is enough, it is time to send Putin to Guantanamo Bay.

Give me Universal Studios, and I can go from there, we can save Mexico. Mexico can be paradise.

Watch the movie "Fun In Acapulco" starring Elvis. Acapulco can be fun again, and we can make movies there.

And Colombia has made progress and can enter the Fashion Industry and the Entertainment Industry and the Jewelry Industry, etc.

We can utilize Australia's Deep Water Ports to send goods from Trader Joe's, and from Northgate Markets, etc, and goods from Mexico, and from Colombia, to Australia.

We can do great things.

Mexico is going to be great, we just need to improve the image and the expectations.
