Because the Biden Government has no will to really crack down.  Border Patrol et al is overrun and Biden could care less. Those who are turned away are a fraction of those who get to stay who are then supported by taxpayers.

The Government numbers I posted are correct. Your previous post omitted the numbers since Biden came into office.
