The World Bank wants to invest in Gold Mines in Africa and in other Emerging Economies to help them to emerge easier and faster. My advice to them was to contact NASA at Edwards Air Force Base here in California and to ask NASA where the Gold is here on Earth, and then the money from the Gold Mines can help to build roads and bridges and to bring in telephones, and television, and radio, and electricity, and running water, and to build schools and libraries and hospitals, etc. NASA can tell us where the Gold is and then we can use the money from the Gold to help the poorest people in the poorest places.
