Fortunately only the NYS Attorney General is needed to dissolve the trump “organization” and seize its assets.

The GOP has curdled down to the trump but lick party. An unhinged decompensating trump is an unhinged decomensating GOP, not at all attractive in 2020.

   And AZ Senate race is still not over, just reported there are remain 500,000 votes yet to be counted in Maricopa and Pima.

And Montana reelected senator Tester by a nose.   He was behind last night,  but they didn't have all the Missoula votes in then.   "Deep red" doesn't mean quite the same thing there that it does in Nebraska.   And Montana, like Colorado, has had an influx of urbans from the west coast,  escaping smog and congestion and then recreating it wherever they land.

I have yet to cast a vote for a winner,  in SD.   But very close goober natorial contest,  which is remarkable here.   We don't toggle much.

The Chinese vessel "approached USS Decatur in an unsafe and unprofessional maneuver in the vicinity of Gaven Reef in the South China Sea," where it engaged in "a series of increasingly aggressive manoeuvres accompanied by warnings for Decatur to depart," a spokesman for the US Pacific Fleet said in a statement.

The Decatur was forced to change course to avoid a collision.

A transcript of the radio exchange between the two naval vessels obtained by the South China Morning Post from the British Ministry of Defense shows that the Chinese ship threatened the Decatur, warning that it would "suffer consequences" if it did not move.

"You are on [a] dangerous course," the Chinese destroyer warned over the radio. "If you don't change course, [you] will suffer consequences."

"We are conducting innocent passage," the Decatur reportedly replied.

In a video of the incident, an unidentified Navy sailor can be heard saying that the Chinese ship is "trying to push us out of the way."

First bit of business is putting the Election Transparency and Security Act on the table. It will play better to vote out of the House 50 times than an Obamacare repeal. They can tandem it with an American Healthcare act.

Why are republicans against Election Security and American Healthcare when they both poll over 70%?

American Energy Security Act would be a good follow up with really lurid expert testimony and initial prepatory investigations.

Banking reforms would be good in the same vein.

It will be nice to see real experts called before committees for the purpose of improving American life and repairing American law again.
