They're not dead yet. And as I posted elsewhere, despite their flaws and limitations, I still hope they crawl into a 1 game playoff and gut the Yanks in the Bronx.

Barnes lost the closer role.  But may yet get a chance....

(unless DL is erased for playoffs, not sure)

Worst part is he injured himself running to first on a  dropped third strike when he couldn't be safe.  Heh.
