Could you imagine if you lived in a retirement village and 80% of the people there were men, with only 20% women? That would suck, we need to fix it, we can allow in immigrants and we can bus up the women immigrants to live in California City with the men who had formerly been homeless. They used to do that in New Orleans, they brought ships full of women to New Orleans so that there would be lots of women in New Orleans.
In Nevada they have legal prostitution because of a shortage of women in the West, it was all men and very few women in the West. Battle Mountain has a bordello named "The Calico Club" and they mostly cater to the Gold miners and also they are there for the truck drivers, etc. If California City was 80% men, then they would need a bordello like Battle Mountain.
As we get the homeless people into housing there are many factors to consider, but California City seems like a good spot for the homeless men 55 and over, and we can bring up female immigrants from Mexico so the men can have women living there with them.
And the young people and the families with children can get the cheap land in Battle Mountain, Nevada, and people can build custom, fantastic housing, and they can do trade with San Francisco. Battle Mountain will always be a successful town because they have Gold there.
