I hate when beautiful actresses try to hang on to their beauty and become sad when they find the beauty of youth fleeting and short lasting. There is no need for them to become unhappy, they can embrace the fact that they are older and wiser, which makes us better leaders, etc. The Native American Indians and the Japanese value their elders, they make the wise old men their leaders, and the Chinese, the wise cultures make their wise people their leaders.
So, with Sofia Vergara, and Jennifer Lopez, and with Pamela Anderson, as they grow older they can be leaders, and they are wiser, and they can help the next generation of young stars, and they can write, and produce, and direct, etc. And they can own the companies like with Lucy who went on to produce "Star Trek" etc, etc, etc. And the same with Natalie Portman, etc, she can be a Boss and a Leader now that she is an Elder. The same with Michelle Pfeiffer, etc, she can be a Boss now.
Salute,
