A permanent ceasefire and then two states is now being hailed as the solution...by politicians worldwide.
Ideally Palestine would be one section of the area, not two or three with Israel in the middle
Palestine can't really expect to have all the coastline...so how does it all get divided up?
Half the coastline each?
Then what about Jerusalem?
What about the Golan Heights, where terrorists had a perfect place from which to fire on Israel and Israel grabbed control of in one of the wars?
Palestinians want 'from the River to the Sea', all of it?
Looking at the map,
The whole area is small. Only 44 miles from Tel Aviv to Gaza.
A high speed train runs between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv...takes 34 minutes.
2 million Arab Palestinians.
7 million Jews.
Some Christians.
Those dividing it all up in the Two State Solution...will need the wisdom of Solomon and then some.
What happens if the Palestinians want all of Palestine for themselves, no Jews, no Israel?
There are many questions to be answered and many decisions to be made.
Looks like 1948 revisited.
