While I wait for Kid to provide evidence of kids whose insulin is too expensive while they run around in Air Jordans and watch giant televisions, here's one of a young adult rationing his insulin because of the price who died as a result.

Oddly enough, no Air Jordans and no giant smart televisions.

Hey, Kid - was this one in which I misrepresented something, so you never got back to it?

Or is it one in which you misrepresented something and were just unwilling to admit it?!

Quote
When asked how many homes he actually owns, Dr. Oz answered: "Well I -- legitimately, I own two houses But, one of them I'm building on. The other one I rent.".

What does that even mean? "Legitimately"??

He owns 10.

https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/dr-oz-houses-new-jersey-pennsylvania-senate-race-1397984/

"Oz owns a total of 10 properties in both the United States and Turkey, including: a 9,000-square-foot mansion and a condo in New Jersey; a 7,000-square-foot house in Pennsylvania; two condos in Manhattan; a beachfront mansion in Palm Beach, Florida; a farm in Okeechobee, Florida; two residential properties in Sariyer, Turkey; and an apparent student dorm in Konya, Turkey. (Daily Beast also notes that Oz's wife has two properties of her own, located in Maine and New Jersey.)

I figure the student dorm doesn't count as a house. And I can excuse his not including his wife's properties.

The Pennsylvania one is new - but it's NOT| where he is claiming to live in to "from" PA - that would be the commercial building that is also campaign headquarters. (See link below.) But I'm at 9, excluding the dorms.

He owns the others, even if he always rents them out, though I would guess that he stays in Florida at one or another of those places.

Looks like if the FBI planted something, it would have been recorded by Trump.

Ditto Ward's obsession with Melania's intimate apparel.

How sick is what passes for "legal reasoning" among conservatives?

A parentless 16-year-old Florida resident seeking an abortion was denied one because a judge thought she was not "mature" enough. The 10-week-pregnant teen was told that she did not prove "by clear and convincing evidence that she was sufficiently mature to decide whether to terminate her pregnancy."  As a result, a judicial bypass was denied for her to receive an abortion, and a Florida appellate court agreed to the decision on Monday.

Cuffari will not recuse himself from the investigation into the USSS missing texts, nor allow his staff to be deposed.

Cuffari is criming till his very last breath or till he is shit canned, whichever comes first.

We learned today that lockdowns fighting Covid-19 caused 20 fold more deaths than they saved.

Now comes mea culpa from the CDC itself admitting it  fell short in responding to the coronavirus.

We saw during COVID that CDC structures, frankly, were not designed to take in information, digest it and disseminate it to the public at the speed necessary, said Jason Schwartz, a health policy researcher at the Yale School of Public Health.

CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky has long said the agency has to move faster and communicate better, but stumbles have continued during her tenure. In April, she called for an in-depth review of the agency, which resulted in the announced changes.
It is not lost on me that we fell short in many ways responding to the coronavirus, We had some pretty public mistakes, and so much of this effort was to hold up the mirror to understand where and how we could do better

Even the paper you posted a snippet of said it was an estimate.

And as pointed out, they had to pay to get it published.
