I was in ALDI in Capitol Heights yesterday at 3pm. Shelves were fully stocked and prices seemed reasonable.

Prices noticeably up from 7-10 days ago

GEORGIA!  We still love ya.

https://www.foxnews.com/us/georgia-university-system-wont-change-names-slavery-segregation

The announcement comes after Georgia passed a law in 2019 prohibiting state agencies from changing building names that honor a historical entity. Many of the regents on the board for Georgias public university system were appointed by Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, who supported the 2019 law, Fox 5 reported.
You know, I cannot overstate the amount of history I learned and thought about by dining in Brody Hall. Like, who the fuck was Brody and why is the food so atrocious?

Anyone who thinks names on buildings helps teach us history is a fuckass suck. Or a suckass fuck. One of the two.

The point of our society s rule of law is to treat any suspect the same,  be they a petty criminal or Mother Teresa.

That you cannot seem to grasp the constitutional principles at the core of this is puzzling.

BTW,  if Teresa Bojaxhiu had joined several demonstrations and been arrested for some petty violations would you then expect the police to use a different rule book arresting her?   Neck sitting okay?

Clearly you have missed the point. Making saints out of petty criminals is the issue. These motherfucking losers are elevated to hero status PRIMARILY  because they represent an acceptable lifestyle to the many who believe that whatever they do should be excused. They don't deserve to die, constitutionally or elswise, an argument that I have never made, but one assigned to me by those unwilling to admit that these motherfuckers aren't deserving of any memorials, statues, hero status, or anything else.

Fuck them.

 Thus ends the lecture, professor.

The problem is that you keep beating a strawman that no one actually has made,  namely the absurd notion that anyone thinks these murder victims are saints or heroes.

Since no one here believes that,  your constant harping on it appears to suggest that you want to diminish the horrific impact of their murders by reminding us what lowlifes they are.

Why do we remember Crispus Attucks?   Not because he was saintly or special.   He was a sailor and stevedore,  just a guy who happened to be the first fatality in the American revolution.   Did the Abolitionists later lionize him as a hero?   Sure,  they needed an icon,  a focal point.   So what?   American towns are larded with memorials of the undeserving and unheroic.

No, the problem is that like others here, you have overlooked the original comments regarding the fuckface in Wisconsin, out on bail for using his SUV as a weapon, but given the opportunity to keep using his SUV as a weapon. Then, professional victim Larry altered the conversation, away from the actual topic in order to propagate the nonsense that his martyrs are noble beings. Maybe because he was uncomfortable with the fact that yet another career criminal has caused unnecessary mayhem, IDk.

You there, fellow American! Were you under the impression that Thanksgiving is the uniquely American holiday that celebrates how English settlers and Native Americans peacefully crossed linguistic, cultural and racial barriers to share a meal together and create a model for gratitude and tolerance that would be the envy of the world? Wrong!

Thanksgiving is about murder, plunder and hate. Invite your relatives over to spread love and gravy? No, if you really want to honor the spirit of Thanksgiving, you should whip yourself with barbed wire all day

I believe I referred to the asshole who rammed the crowd of innocents with his SUV a serial asshole and crook.

They were asking for additional information as late as this morning. I don't think there was any rushing involved.

I did not mean to bring up a sensitive subject to you. But since it seems I have, if you are terribly lonely this year try donating your time to a relief organization feeding people in your area. If you keep your mouth shut, they will probably let you hang around awhile before bouncing you for being a congenital asshole and ruining everyones mood.

Never quite understood what the condition of Arbery s  pedicure had to do with whether the man who shot him was guilty of murder.  I suspect the jury was also baffled.   And unimpressed by the atrocious comments of the defense.
