We Just Witnessed the Biggest Supreme Court Power Grab Since 1803

The court has given itself nearly unlimited power over the administrative state, putting everything from environmental protections to workers
How so?  The court powers according to the Constitution are explained in Article Three.
Please define the Constitutional powers given the

ADMINISTRATIVE STATE

Clearly Red, legal expert, has zero understanding as to what takes place with agency rule-making.
Thank you for missing the point.
AGENCY RULE MAKING  is limited to the power granted to the agency by Congress.
Article Two of the Constitution.
Maybe someday you will understand.

With Chevron gone, ask your local congress representative what their stance on a railroads use of bearing defect detection systems is and their thoughts on DOT-111 tank cars.
What would that prove?

Go ask your congressional  representative

Wow, that is a lot of gleeful jeering to direct at a man suffering the infirmities of aging.
His aging is not the problem. It is the constant lies of the NYT, WAPO, THE ATLANTIC, MSNBC, THE AP,THE GUARDIAN,CNN that Joe is as sharp as ever.
Last night he had the debate under rules he wrote. And the democrats are apolectic.

I think the phase where I found your posts amusing is drawing to a close.

Aww. Taking your BAWL and going home again?

Great Uncle had a bad night. So much for Uncle Joe being hopped up on Mountain Dew and performance enhancing drugs!

Speaking of constant lies the convicted felon you do not support (LOL) spewed them by the bucketful last night.

Democrats always panic initially, it is in their DNA. However, I promise you, Donald Trump could have wet himself on stage and Republicans would call it a presidential piss and keep it moving.

Now that the Grey Lady Editorial Board has called for Biden to drop out of the race the Democratic freakout has almost run its course and now Trump gets the megawatt spotlight 24/7.

Scorched earth time, baby.

And stare decisis is a meaningless doctrine if it only applies to decisions you agree with.
Stare Decisis does not equate to eternal life.
I prefer a government that is accountable to elected representatives, not to bureaucrats     Via the patronage merry go round.

Goodbye clean water and air!
Actually, the decision puts regulations in the hands of unelected judges.
Who are subject to layers of review.

Yeah, layers of review by conservative and corporate groups including the billionaire Charles Koch.
No. Layers of COURT reviews.

In ending the deference, the conservative-majority court has slashed and severely weakened the powers of agencies including the Environmental Protection .
That is a good thing in the case of the EPA.

Yeah, fuck those kids in Louisiana Cance Alley.
What is the connection?

I am not gonna dignify that bullshit with a response. Exercise some fucking logic.

For the love of God, Buddha, Mohammed, Brahma and democracy, Joe, please step down at the August convention and endorse someone else...Harris, Whitmer, Newsom, Beshear, Booker, Klobuchar, anyone who can rally voters and does not have vacant moments.
Kind of late, by about two years, to start thinking about replacing Joe.
Biden has over 3,000 convention delegates and the nomination in the bag if  decides to stay in the race. Losing an election is a better exit strategy then throwing in the towel. That leaves Harris who is the only person eligible to the Biden/Harris campaign funds, which is a very big war chest. Anyone else would have to start from scratch.
What is clearly evident is that the LAWFARE strategy of the party poobahs was big mistake. Trump moved ahead in the polls and fundraising despite being convicted. Now with Biden collapsing Trump could walk right through an unlocked front door of the WHITE HOUSE.

I did not have sex with a pornstar!

Is gonna make a great campaign slogan.

Well, so much for one of my favored replacements for Biden:

So long to the Kinkster! One of my fave denizens of 1980s Greenwhich Vilage! He and his boys had a regular Sunday night gig at the Lone Star Cafe on 5th Ave (great chili!)and real pretty waitresses!

Well, a redneck nerd in a bowling shirt
Was a-guzzling Lone Star beer
Talking religion and-uh politics for all the world to hear
They oughta send you back to Russia, boy
Or New York City, One
You just want to doodle a Christian girl
And you killed God's only son.

No, they aint makin Jews like Jesus anymore
They dont turn the other cheek the way they done before
He started in to shoutin and a-spittin on the floor
Lord, they ain't makin Jews like Jesus anymore.

Original New York Times headline on Jamaal Bowman democrat primary loser.

Bowman Falls in House Primary, Overtaken by Flood of ProIsrael Money.

Bowman complained that  voters were Brainwashed
Social media exploded asking the Times if they ever considered Bowman was a
Crappy congressman

A short time later the Times edited the headline to read,

Bowman Falls to Latimer in a Loss for Progressive Democrats

ROFL

Congressional seat remains DEMOCRATIC!
Brilliant conclusion from a democrat primary.

Just laughing at your orgasmic reaction to the Gray Ladies flustered coverage of the primary.

Scrotus just made it harder to fight public corruption.  And easier to give bribes.
Well no. At issue was not a bribe but a gratuity. Had you or the AP actually read the decision you would understand the 6-3 vote. assuming you can read.
