Tony,

Besides acting etc, are you trained for anything else?
Are there govt-funded training programs you could do?

Those stories, of kids shooting themselves, other kids, or their own families with their family's guns are legion, yet never seem to be uncovered by Bambu. "Guns are great" remains the narrative.

Oh I could easily find them, but I'm putting forward the other side of the story.

Mom and baby alone at home, two male thugs breaking in armed with a knife [or guns], she should not be expected to just submit to the horror that awaits her, and her child.
She should have the right to be armed...at least with a handgun and shotgun.

Guns are great...for shooting kidnappers.
When they grab your kid...you have to be ready to shoot to kill.
It's the same all over the world.

Unfortunately, in some countries people are not allowed to carry guns, or don't want to/don't think it's necessary.
Americans are lucky, they can carry guns and defend themselves and their families from kidnappers.

https://www.nationmaster.com/country-info/compare/Japan/United-States/Crime

Note the difference in violent crime rates and homicide rate between Japan and the United States.  Or mass shootings.  One of those nations allows few people to carry guns.  The other one, pretty much anyone can have any kind of gun they want, short of a bazooka or grenade launcher.  Can you get that through your thick head?

If only the govt man and the cops in America could protect their citizens...then there'd be no need for The People to carry guns.

The bad people lurk in the shadows, waiting to pounce.
They pounced, mom had a shotgun and a pistol...intruder died, mom and baby are alive and well.
All good.

Uh, no.
The ratification of the Constitution( of which the 2nd Amendment was a key) was upheld by SCOTUS in the cases I cited.

The US Constitution was ratified on June 21, 1788.

The First Fleet from Britain arrived in Botany Bay in January 1788.
Didn't like it there, so rowed north and found Sydney harbour and much better land.
Raised the Union Jack flag there on 26th January 1788 and claimed the country for Britain.
...26th January now 'Australia Day'. [Some Aboriginal People call it "Invasion Day".]

1. Federation Day - 1 January. In 1901, the six British self-governing colonies - Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia - united to form the Commonweath of Australia

US is more experienced in the political game.

There must be a rich divorcee running around Hollywood/LA somewhere looking for love too.

I want to meet Mahlagha Jaberi, she is 30 years old, she is from Iran but now she lives in San Diego, California, and she is a model, and I think that she would be good as an actress too. She looks like a Disney princess, she is beautiful.

https://www.instagram.com/MAHLAGHAJABERI/

As a producer I could hire her to work on my films. Or, as an actor maybe we can work together, for instance, maybe we could both act in an upcoming "Star Wars" movie, or something like that. And I suggested her to a buddy for an upcoming music video.

We can waltz around the world having fun, and we can help orphans, and we can do lots of good things.

We could get married, have kids, and build an empire.

We could be the kind of power couple who dines with the Pope.

And we could buy the house where I used to live in Malibu, And we can have homes in Italy, and around the world.

If you are going to dream, dream big.

Salute,

Tony V.

A beautiful, 30 yr old model?
It's my observation that such women would be looking to marry a very rich man, the more handsome and well-connected the better.
I was thinking more along the lines of someone attainable, say a rich "no longer 30" gal looking for a toy boy who's not too young.
An "I'll sign a pre-relationship agreement so you'll know I'm not a gold-digger" line might work.

One year I spent Christmas Day with Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, my brother married their Granddaughter, and Roy told me that I had to go through the hard times, so that I would really appreciate the good times. And of course along with being grateful for whatever blessings that I have, I also need to remember to help other people.

There were times when I lived in a Malibu beach house, and there were times when I was homeless.

Here is the house where I lived in Malibu... It is a nice house, and I loved living there. And the best part was I lived with a loving family, and they treated me like part of the family. I rented a room from the ex-wife of Sammy Hagar's family doctor, and I lived with her and her two daughters, and a lady who was the daughter of a general in China, and there was another guy there from China who makes artificial knees, and that kind of stuff. And we had a maid from El Salvador, and she was part of our family too. We also had a huge dance room, and all of the ladies in their neighborhood came to our house to do Yoga with the lady who owned the house.

And I would love to have love, I need to meet a good woman who will be my teammate. Be a boss, date a boss, and build an empire.

Also of note, when I was homeless, Suzanne Pleshette hired me, so I at least could afford to buy food.

Later I met a woman from the Philippines who has been helping the homeless people in California for 40 years, and she is a wealthy business woman, and she was friends with Suzanne Pleshette. We were also friends with a lady who was a cousin of Gloria Arroyo, who was the President of the Philippines. My friend owned a night club in Los Angeles named "Manila Gardens." And she owned other businesses as well, and she invested in real estate. Right now she has 100 homeless people living in her houses, and she cooks for them, and she takes care of them. But, she is getting old, people are getting old, and people are dying. The young people need to step in and they need to start helping the homeless like some of my friends have done and are doing.

And everyday that I have my own apartment then I am grateful. If I have food and shelter then I am grateful.

I pray that I might have a good future, and meet a good woman who is smart, to be my teammate.

Salute,

Tony V.

You’re a good guy, Tony V.

I wish you all the best!

When I was homeless in Hollywood, I used to drop headshots and resumes in the mail box everyday, praying that I would get an acting job so that I could get an apartment and get myself off of the streets, but I never got hired.

I got a job working as a valet / doorman for Suzanne Pleshette, but I did not earn enough money to rent an apartment, so I worked, but I still had to live in my pick-up truck, and every couple of nights I would rent a motel room so that I could shower and sleep in a bed.

Hollywood needs to have hostels like in Rome, where you can take a hot shower and sleep in a bed, for $15.00 per night.

Salute,

Tony V.

Tony,

If you're looking for love in LA/Hollywood, why not stand on median strips on busy roads with a sign "Nice man looking for love and a good home", with your phone number.

Facebook just said that I posted "hate speech."

The Facebook page for UNICEF showed a video of Muslim refugees in a horrible crowded refugee camp in Greece, and here is my reply...

"Greece is small, and Greece is already full of Greeks. Send the migrants somewhere else. Send the Muslim migrants to Dubai, and to Abu Dhabi.

Salute,

Tony V."

In my mind that is not hate speech, and I asked them to review it.

Salute,

Tony V.

Were you called "xenophobic", "racist", "intolerant", "bigoted", as well?

Gotta be careful with the "M" word, Tony.

"WHCM" though is fine, you could say anything you like about them and it'd be sweet.

Prescription opioid drugs are good when you are in absolute agony from a inflamed/very sore for no apparent reason, shoulder.
