Eggboy got his 15 minutes

But of course Bambu is correct - nobody in the US would rightly support Ms Talib or Ms Omar or Ms Cortez or Mr Booker having the same done to them.

Eggboy's good fortune to not be in a hospital.

He's the new pin up boy of social media...their new hero.
Violence is obviously great in the eyes of some people.

The idea that Anning's deeply divisive and hate-promoting words, and mooshing an egg in someone's hair, are remotely on the same moral plane is ludicrous.

One may result in a five minute trip to the washroom, a few wet paper towels.

The other may result in the virulent spread of hatred and violence through a population of millions.

One was a bit childish, the other was a full frontal assault on the humanity of millions of people and a vile slur on the innocent victims of a mass murder.

You are really focusing on the wrong act of violence here, Dingo-dinner.

Senator Anning issued a statement after the terror attack the other day in NZ.
He put his name to it, so he owns it, and lives it...every word of it.

Part of his statement reads:

'I am utterly opposed to any form of violence within our community, and I totally condemn the actions of the gunman,' he said.

'However, whilst this kind of violent vigilantism can never be justified, what it highlights is the growing fear within our community, both in Australia and New Zealand, of the increasing Muslim presence.

Some people might agree with him, others might not.

Some people agreed with Stalin too. So what?

Anning should have the right to say what he did...in that statement.
Obviously he hasn't.
Everyone else on the Right has been silenced, one way or another.

So we on the Right of centre learn the new rules....'be totally silent', 'say nothing'.

I know not of New Zealand.
Living and breathing 'Australia' every day...if you were to ask me: "Is their growing fear within your community in Australia of the increasing Muslim presence?".
I would answer; "Judging by what callers to talk-back radio say, I read in the newspapers, and hear moving around society, there seems to be. The fear seems to increase after every terrorist attack occurs and every terror plot is discovered, and decreases in between."

Another terror trial commenced in Sydney yesterday;

Two brothers accused of plotting to blow up a Sydney plane with a bomb hidden in a meat mincer both had a sermon on their phones which said: “Oh god bring down the aeroplanes”.

The NSW Supreme Court heard that a fourth brother was in Syria and had links to Islamic State.
The pair are accused of planning to blow up an Etihad flight from Sydney. Picture: AAP Image/Etihad Airways

Speaking of violence;

New Zealand police are probing a suspicious blaze that's destroyed a small gun club.

John Oliver Defends 'Egg Boy'

Australia's beloved 'egg boy'.

#####

Not the first clue this article.

'Egg boy' was violent, hit someone in the back of the head when they were totally not expecting to be hit/smashed in the head with an egg.
All captured on his phone.

"Coward's punch"...many people have been quick to point out.

If Oliver is supporting this violence, violence inflicted on a Senator of the Australian parliament ...then he stands condemned.

bambu is either a superb performance artist or one of the world’s biggest asshole.

Wonder if Oliver supports someone hitting the US President in the back of the head with an egg, with a "coward's punch", at a media conference?
Or Bernie Sanders?
Of a female US member of Congress?

Someone should ask him.

In this new world where all the hate is now over, ...I as a White, heterosexual, Christian male will now be able to step out into society and be treated with respect, equality, and love.
Cool!
So far you have shown you do not like being treated with equality.

In the new world now, I do.
Well, depending on what people I meet have as their idea of equality, that is.

Even appearing in public with a Nazi flag like that in bambuland would see one get into big trouble.
Big trouble.
What if the carriers of the flag are fine people?

It seems to mean different things to different people.
Fine people might fly it as a flag of rebellion...or a flag of 'war'...I haven't studied that as such yet.
I find it evil and scary, hate even seeing one...reminds me of a very black Funnel Web spider ['Atrax Robustus'] that's about to sink its fangs into me and ruin my life.
Little girl in the Sound of Music was correct; ''the black spider flag".

Don't think it's illegal as such, same as in America where people fly them at their houses, but here it's just something that doing so will attract for you "big trouble" you don't really need.
Like the 'national security' or 'anti-terror' cops paying you a visit, for example.

The leader of the Left/Far Left in action;

Please note...not Conservative, not Right-wing, Not Alt-Right.

https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/nswelection2019/michael-daley-caught-on-video-warning-about-asian-immigrants/news-story/377adab4527cced48851385f44105564

Michael Daley caught on video warning about Asian immigrants

Michael Daley was caught on video warning voters that Asian immigrants are taking the jobs of young Australians.
“Our young children will flee and who are they being replaced with? They are being replaced by young people from typically Asia with PhDs. There’s a transformation happening in Sydney now where our kids are moving out and foreigners are moving in and taking their jobs,” Mr Daley told the politics in the pub session in Wentworth Falls.

“I don’t want to sound xenophobic, it’s not a xenophobia thing, it’s an economics question.”
The remarks were made in September, when Mr Daley was still deputy opposition leader.

A NSW Labor spokesman said: “Mr Daley was discussing cost of living and housing affordability pressures on young people in Australia’s only global city.”

#####

Imagine! if a Conservative, or Right-wing politician/person had said that.
Imagine! if Pauline Hanson [Independent] had said that...the 'sky would fall in' on her!

Yes, 'economics question' and 'living and housing affordability pressures' when it's the Left/Far left saying it.

WTF do you think "refugee densities" means, Bambi?

Those are the per capita figures.

Like I said, you are sooooo dense.

Provide support for your claim, if you would.

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-12-21/fact-check-george-brandis-refugees-per-capita/9241276

"Australia, per capita, runs the most generous refugee and humanitarian migration program in the world," Senator Brandis said.

The verdict

Senator Brandis's claim is misleading.

Australia's "offshore" refugee and humanitarian resettlement program — that is, people facing persecution or violence elsewhere who are selected by the Government to come to Australia — is among the most generous in per capita terms, although it is currently not the most generous. That title goes to Canada.

That doesn't say second to Canada. It doesn't say where it is.

But I think what they mean by "most generous" is that they give the most money to those they take in.

You wrote, "Australia resettles more refugees via the UN per capita besides Canada than any other country."

That's wrong both ways. They are not second even in what Brandis was saying. But it is not what you are saying at all.

Ok. I was wrong.
I admit it, I made a mistake.
I'll be more careful and accurate with my language in future.

It is a generous program though.

If you're waiting for Australia to make it any more generous, and resettle more refugees per year...you could be waiting a long time.
Many people have had enough of the UN and its demands and complaints about our border controls, offshore detention and processing centres.
