Without looking at past history or any other form of reputation, based on last season I'd prefer Zach Randolph over Eddy Curry. So yeah, I'm hoping ZBo continues his form for the better and a good chemistry with the Knicks.

All the more annoying that Zach Randolph has been so silent in the media.

With 17 to become 15, we have a few interesting weeks ahead before the real season starts.

Anybody buy tickets yet? I'm probably going to the Knicks in January sometime with 1 up to 4 friends of mine (I'll see it before I'll believe all 4 will go but that's another story).

true, I love it when you see the ball changing hands during the layup, especially when it's meant to protect the ball instead of just show.

wasn't spree a weak left hander? always nice to know when you defend someone if they always go in one direction

When during all your years of playing 99% of what you learn is defending right handers, then yes defending a left hander requires an inkling more thought instead of trained reflex, it's a slight advantage.

a) I'm really into reading Alan Hahn's blog, only must read left for me concerning the Knicks. One of his previous articles mentioned that even though Zach Randolph has always had a reputation for being a workout addict, there has been no word about him whatsoever. I hope he's pumped to live and play in NY but he's clearly doing it in private sofar.

b) The only reason why trades keep popping up, for me anyway, is that we're at 17 and I really don't want to lose Nichols. I'd be content with cutting DD and FJ and going to bat with what we have but this isn't the most effective way to use the assets in possession, so yeah a trade  would be the way to go and only as a last resort cut.

Long time no see kiid, but anyway, rotation?

We could actually use Jared Jeffries there as well as Randolph Morris, Zach Randolph, Malik Rose and David Lee in the few minutes EC won't be playing center.

Excellent points Bo but yeah, it's definitely a buy-low scenario. Call it a hunch, but after the lack of interest in him around the league I hope he's realizing he needs to proof himself worthy of a contract. As for the injuries, nothing major but too many indeed.

As for Fred Jones, I'd rather see Starbury, Mardy, Craw, Q, N8 and Dnic play. Since the Knicks have absolutely no choice and have to get the roster down to 15 my desire is to cash in on the ending contracts of FJ and DD, not risk losing Dnic in the process.

As for who to cut, yeah I'd cut Big Snacks yesterday but seeing his guaranteed salary against Randolph Morris minimum, just saying, it's not my money.

If Jerome is not an option and FJ and DD have been trade like the suggestion was, then looking at the roster I guess I'd cut Morris before losing Dnic.

- I'm not a fan of Shaq despite his funny quotes,
- I still resent Pat Riley a little bit,
- I used to hate Zo, this stance weakened considerable after his kidney problem
- I had a hard time watching the glove, did he get old in a hurry, wow
- Penny was talking this talk of how he's completely healthy before, we'll see this time around

On the other hand, love Dwyane, when he's healthy, which he's on the brink of being called injury prone. Not sure what to think of Smush though, seems talented but PJ was on his case too often for there to be no reason for it.

All in all, no resentment for Heat, they're just not relevant at the moment with their lack of moves.

As for Seppuku Kirilenko, apparently his wife wears the pants, if she wants to go to Russia they'll go to Russia.

Nope still in the Netherlands, I guess I've been reading too much of the TGS (Tokyo Game Show) or had another "konichiwa bitches" flashback (Dave Chapelle right?)

But yeah, season hasn't really started yet and the offseason has been boring if you look past the media BS. I am curious as to which 15 will eventually remain on the roster (tune in to this week's "Knicks Survivor". Who will be the next player to be voted off the island yada yada).

The fact that Anuche is the spitting image of Jerome James doesn't help her sexual harassment case one bit, Diarrhoea Diaries pretty much sums it up indeed.

I told Emann I'd look at knicks forum site when something interesting would happen, still hasn't besides that yahoo fantasy has started again, yay. I'll start one up if people are interested. I have dropped by on ultimateknicks and knickrealgm but that's more like zapping across channels, you linger for a moment before the stupidity of what your watching hits you and you move along. You know the type of quick blurbs where discussions, if at all discussions, quickly take familiar patterns.

But yeah, I'd trade for Konichiwa Kirilenko if the price is right, which it won't be after coming of a MVP in the European championships.

Personally I'd sign-and-trade Fred Jones + Dan Dickau for Mickael Pietrus and cut either Jerome James or Randolph Morris. Sounds good to me.

Oh and am I mistaken or is viewing the last page you visited a bit odd?
