Preventative medicine saves lives, and saves money by preventing more expensive situations, which is why California now gives medical care to all people regardless of immigration status, and we view medical care as a human right and not just a privilege.

But we need to train more doctors and psychiatrists, etc. UCI here in Orange County can help to train doctors and can help to set up medical schools in Kentucky and around the nation, and San Diego State University can help to set up schools around the nation where psychiatrists can be trained, etc.

We need to support Biden as he fights for a free education to train doctors and psychiatrists here in America, and we need to open new medical schools the same way that we open franchise restaurants.

Of note too, Social Workers are now being paid $75,000 per year to help the homeless in Los Angeles thanks to Mayor Bass. Jobs are being created as people help the homeless.

And the construction workers are coming from Mexico, we need to make the Mexicans legal and put them to work. And they can join the Unions, etc.

I was just there today. Went to Poinsettia dog park and had lunch at the airport. Just a hop, skip and a jump from my home.

You could apply to become a border patrol agent..a short walk to work.

Cracking some Australian skulls when they inevitably overstay their visas does sound tempting. It would take a big dent out of disorganized crime.

LOL

Americans are the third largest group of visa overstayers in Australia...behind Malaysians and Chinese.
Thousands of Americans overstay, thousands.

My Communication professor in community college, Dr Debra Tolar, said that the women of Australia are the best for American men, because the Aussie women are straight forward and honest and if an Aussie woman likes you then she will let you know it. In California it is harder, unless you are rich and famous, so for the Californian men then Dr Debra Tolar said the Australian women were the best. ( By the way, Shakira should hire Dr Debra Tolar to work on her team, the last I heard Dr Debra Tolar was coaching people in Show Business, she could help Shakira with PR, etc. ) It is like in "Grease" where John Travolta fell in love with Olivia Newton John. The American men with the Australian women go good together.

And remember that the Philippines is a good Christian nation, and the women of the Philippines are great for the Aussie men. Check out Miss Charm Philippines 2024, Krishnah Gravidez, she is a beautiful woman. I was friends with Pia Reyes who was a Playboy Playmate from Manila, Philippines. Be sure to welcome the people from the Philippines to Australia.

Dr Debra Tolar says the Australian women are the best for California men.

My gift is having my own perspective which has been formed by my experiences and observations, and having a decent vocabulary and being able to share my observations, etc.

And in California then everyone has health care, we even provide health care for illegal immigrants now. Being an American Citizen is no longer a requirement to obtain health care in California.

So here is the rub, we all want for everyone to have free healthcare, but we have a huge shortage of doctors, my Primary Care Physician even works on Saturdays now so that she can help more people, she is working 6 days a week to help people. Our current doctors are warriors, they are working herculean hours, but we need to train more doctors quickly.

Biden wants to give a free education to all Americans, and I agree with that, and let us build Medical Schools in Kentucky and we can train doctors right here in Kentucky, etc. We have the University of California in Irvine Medical School, which is a great medical school where Bill Clinton went when he needed help here in Orange County, and UCI can help to open new Medical Schools around the nation to train doctors. And we need to train more psychiatrists too, and San Diego State University is the best at training psychiatrists.

I am lucky to have a good doctor and that I am able to get preventative medical work done, but we need to train more doctors quickly, these wonderful doctors are all going to get burned out from working too many hours, we need to train new doctors to lighten the load on our current doctors. We can also bring in doctors from the Philippines. And the Aussies are welcome to come to the USA and become doctors. I had a psychiatrist in Lancaster who was from Israel, he was a Jew from Israel, and he was a great psychiatrist, Dr Goldman. Anyhow, we need to train more doctors, and more psychiatrists.

I support free medical care for all, which means we need to train a lot more doctors. And right now 25% of the people in Kentucky cannot even read and write, so our task is to teach people to become doctors in areas where now many are illiterate. The Coal Miner's Daughter needs to become a Doctor.

I am blessed to have good doctors, and we need to provide good doctors for all Americans, which means we need to train more doctors.

Salute,

Tony V.

Carlsbad is a great area, very beautiful, with beautiful women, and good people. I would put it as one of the Top 20 best spots to live in California. And if you can make a nice easy living from growing avocados, then life would be good, and the Mexicans love to work in the fields picking the avocados, etc. Strawberries grow good in Carlsbad too. Bambu, the Mexicans work in the fields and pick the avocados, and they pick the strawberries, etc, we are blessed to have Mexico as a neighbor, we need to make the Mexicans legal and then put them all to work, we need to create jobs for them, and we have the United Farm Workers to help them.

And here is a public service message for you Men, do the tests that the doctors require, and be sure to get your Colonoscopy; Colon Cancer is the number 2 killer of men, and it is treatable and preventable with a Colonoscopy and treatment. A colonoscopy can save and prolong your life. I know it is not a comfortable experience, but get it done anyway, get your tests done and be grateful that modern medicine has advanced to the point where they save lives. I am doing my first colonoscopy tomorrow in Huntington Beach, I am scared, but it is a good hospital, and a good doctor, and I know it can prolong my life. I am lucky to live in a nation where we have preventative measures available and where we have good health care.

No food today as I prepare for my colonoscopy, just coffee and 7-Up, and then the special liquid at 5 pm, and then again tomorrow morning, and the procedure at Noon. I hope all of you men will get the tests done, if I can do it then you can do it, and it can save and prolong your life.

Then I can get back to the fun stuff like trying to get my movie made, and trying to get my poetry book published, etc, etc, etc.

Anyhow, Carlsbad is a nice area, and the Mexicans can work in the Avocado Groves and in the Strawberry Fields, etc. We need to make the Mexicans legal, and then we need to put them to work. And the Blacks need to learn how to hire the Mexican farm workers, the Mexicans are not taking jobs away from the Blacks if the Blacks learn how to be the Bosses.

And on the issue of Colon Cancer, it is even worse for Blacks, the Black men need to get the tests done, and they need to get the colonoscopy done. It is important.

It was in Carlsbad...

https://nypost.com/2024/04/16/us-news/speedboat-carrying-dozens-of-migrants-seen-coming-ashore-california-beach/

Carlsbad is beautiful, it is a beautiful and safe area for the Aussies. San Diego County is the 2nd safest county in California, following Ventura County. Orange County is 3rd.

My Mother's cousin owned an Avocado Grove in Carlsbad, he made enough from the avocados to live for free while he coached teen basketball, and he opened a BMW automobile dealership for his son in Carlsbad as a family business.

Carlsbad is very nice, it is a nice safe area with good people.

Tony,
do you live anywhere near the beach where the other day a speedboat full of people raced from the ocean thru the waves and onto the beach...the occupants all jumping out, running up the beach and onto the street, then jumping into waiting SUVs and disappearing into the sunset?

I have not heard about it.

I am 15 miles away from Huntington Beach, and about 5 miles away from Disneyland here in Anaheim. Hollywood is about 45 miles away, and Malibu is 53 miles away according to Siri. Mexico is 100 miles away from where I am at. John Wayne lived in Newport Beach which is 20 miles away from where I am at here in Anaheim.

Bambu, remember that we have 50,000 Australians here in Los Angeles right now. And the Out Back Steak House Restaurants are fantastic. And Huntington Beach is the original Surf City. My personal favorite beach is Malibu, and I would be living there right now, in my same house, or at Latigo Beach ( Latigo Beach has the stars, and the college students from Pepperdine, and 24 hour armed security guards at the gate. ) And the Sunset Restaurant on Westward Beach would be a good spot to eat and drink margaritas at and watch the Sunset. That is my advice for the Australians is that Malibu is the best spot, and the Studios are good jobs, and Hollywood is great. Mel Gibson lives in Malibu with a large family. Olivia Newton John lived in Malibu. Then if they need to go hide some place cheap and get away then I recommend Battle Mountain, Nevada, where you can buy an acre of land for $1,000 still to this day, that is the best price on land in the USA, and it is good land where they can raise families, and they can do trade with San Francisco. So that is the advice for the Aussies here, Malibu is the best, and if you even need to just live cheap and be grateful on a lower budget then there is Battle Mountain.

50,000 Aussies is a good sized group. That is great, they are welcome here. People from all over the world come here, and the Aussies are just as welcome as everyone else. I see Aussies on the buses and trains, and they do "Walk Abouts" around Hollywood, they explore Hollywood on foot out walking. And Universal receives a lot of tourists from Australia and the Aussies love the City Walk.

And for Defense, Edwards can help you, and NASA, and Northrop, and Lockeed, etc, and the submarine builders in Newport News, Virginia. Also be sure to get the equipment to jam and crash the enemy drones, etc, and get missile defense items from the USA, the Navy can help you, and the Air Force, etc. And the Aussies who live here can get jobs helping to build the Defense items here, I am sure China Lake hires the Aussies, and Edwards, and NASA, etc, and Lockheed, and Northrop, etc.

And Newsom is going to give tax breaks for movies and for television shows.

The future is bright for the Aussies in Los Angeles.

I just sent this request to Vice President Harris on Facebook, I hope she reads it...

Please send some advisers and diplomats to Colombia to aid Gustavo Petro, and send some people from Harvard to help in Colombia, etc, and we also have the United Nations, we need to promote peace and prosperity and good human rights in Colombia. And also Colombia can use the Ports in New Orleans, Louisiana, to import coffee and Gold, and the coffee can be roasted in New Orleans, etc, and then shipped all over. ( Also, New Orleans can be expanded as a Port City with the problems with the port in Baltimore, New Orleans can expand their Ports. )

They built a building recently in New Orleans that collapsed before they even finished it, horrible quality. It is hard to find good companies now. It is important to hire all good people.

And I like Santiago Calatrava, and there are some other exciting builders.

I hope the best for Australia, and I like the towers, they are great, but you need to have good builders to build your towers, and good inspectors, etc.

Here is a link for Empire West, it is only 17 stories, but they have the Lobby on the Ground Floor, and they have the Clubhouse and Swimming Pool on the Roof, the Tennis Court is on the side, and then the Parking is Underground.

https://www.toplacondos.com/empire-west

When I worked at Empire West then Suzanne Pleshette was my Boss, she was the Homeowner Association President.

I think the building that collapsed in New Orleans was going to be a Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, but I am not sure, it was a while back, so even in New Orleans it is hard to find a good builder.

And shake and bake, that is funny for a double feature.

If you walk to the market like they do in Europe, and if you quit smoking cigarettes, then you can survive okay in Anaheim. And it is easier with 2 people than one, so it is better if you share expenses with a mate, life will be better when I find a good woman. But, I am grateful to have plenty to eat and a nice apartment and good medical care.

Yes, it is much better than a garbage dump is Asia, this is paradise compared to a lot of places. Orange County is the 3rd safest county in California, following Ventura County and San Diego County. I have lots to be grateful for. And it will only get better as Disney spends more money in the region, etc.

And when I look at the photos from the Great Depression, we have come so far. We have some problems, but Mayor Bass is doing a good job, etc, and things will get better.

In a world where everyone is reducing everything and raising prices, there is the DiGiorno frozen pizza company from Switzerland, and they are selling frozen pizza for 33% more pizza for one dollar cheaper, so you are getting a bigger pizza for only $7. And it goes great with Cabernet Sauvignon, or Merlot, or Chianti from Italy, etc.

So you could feed a couple of people, with pizza and wine, for under $20.

And prices are low on coffee thanks to good coffee growers in Colombia and good shipping and thanks to the bean roasters in New Orleans, etc. I am getting the top quality coffee for only $8 per can.

And now Disney is pumping billions of dollars into Anaheim, with Newsom lowering taxes for producers in California, good things can happen.

In my world...many people, myself included, went right off the idea of hi rise, for fear of ending up like the unlucky folk who basically had their financial lives ruined by buying into hi rise...

Chandler's [building Commissioner] role was created by the Coalition govt after cracked apartment buildings, including Sydney's Opal Tower and Mascot Towers, exposed the low quality of new builds and a poor compliance system.

Big rush to build hi rise for all the "massive [legal] immigration" folk to live in.
Massive [legal] immigration, totally not needed, just being done by politicians seeking votes to stay in power, some people accuse.

Things done in a rush often end up in failure to be completely successful.
Corners get cut, things get missed.

"Act In Haste, Repent At Leisure".

There is a wonderful movie named "The Towering Inferno" starring Steve McQueen and Paul Newman, it is a great movie, and it is about a tower that was built by people who cut corners and who tried to be cheap when they built the building, and so the building caught fire and became a towering inferno, the moral of the movie is not to cut corners.

Here in California we have earthquakes, etc, and so we need to build everything strong.

I would feel safe living in Empire West, I would love to live in the building, I could make movies with my neighbors, and they probably have Playboy Playmates living there, it is a great building, and they have a swimming pool and clubhouse on the roof for parties, and they have a tennis court.

Australia can bring in the architects from California, and from New York, and from Greece, and from Italy, and from Spain, etc, and then have strict building codes, and do not cut any corners. The buildings need to be safe.

I would love to go live in Empire West, it is a great building.

Tony V.

The net-zero brigade in bambuworld seem hellbent on 'going up' not 'out' [building hi-rise apartment blocks by the *millions*, and not developing land and building homes.]

Underneath these apartment blocks full of people they want everyone to have an electric car and charge them there.
Charming.
Ahem, electric car fires anyone?
Barbecued apartment dwellers anyone?

Green realists are already warning green dreamers that it's a very bad idea, given the propensity of electric car batteries to explode in flames.
Electric car batteries, electric bike batteries, electric scooter batteries...look at all those fires.
One such electric car battery exploded while charging in a home garage in America, blew the garage door off its *hinges* and down the driveway. [Colorado?]
The door hit a fireman on the head, luckily he was wearing a helmet.

That is how Empire West is in West Hollywood, 19 stories straight up with a club house and a swimming pool on the roof, with 4 stories underground for parking. Empire West is where all of the stars live who need security guards and door men and valets, etc. Many of the women at Empire West have stalkers, etc. Empire West is a good, safe spot for the stars, like for Shakira, and for Margot Robbie, etc.

For nice housing, I kind of like the housing at Santorini, Greece, and there can be swimming pools and tennis courts, and that is what I would suggest for Battle Mountain, Nevada, they should bring in the Greek architects when they build, and they can have an island atmosphere out in the middle of Nevada. With libraries, etc. And an amphitheater where they can have shows, etc, like in Greece.

Anaheim is going to be rolling in the money, Disney is spending a lot of money here, and Newsom is giving tax breaks for producers to film, and money is being invested in Hollywood Blvd, good things are happening in California, and Mayor Bass is doing a great job, etc.

And we need more subways, and high speed trains. For Battle Mountain, Nevada, they have a Greyhound Bus Station so people can get there by Bus, and they have an Airport, and the Union Pacific Railroad runs through Battle Mountain.

And of course cheap sober living houses are needed, and cheap hostels where people can get a cheap shower and a bed. In Battle Mountain, Nevada, they had a nice tavern with rooms for rent above the tavern for $100 per month, which would be great for a Veteran, or for someone who wants to go explore Battle Mountain.

Tony V.

I descended from the Pioneers, who traveled to find their dreams and to live peaceful lives. So, that is my advice for the Palestinians, they need to refuse to be a pawn in a war that makes money for bad people, and they need to let Kiwanis International take them to the forest of Canada, and to other peaceful places, Abu Dhabi and Dubai are peaceful, etc. The refugees need to travel to find good safe lives, and they can do forestry work in Canada, etc, or they could be a truck driver in Dubai, etc, they can be essential workers.

And they all need to read "Animal Farm" by George Orwell.

My ancestors were pioneers who traveled in order to have good lives, and that is my advice for the refugees is to travel to where they can have a good peaceful life. And make life about love, and have a nice family, and work a nice peaceful job in the Lumber Industry, etc. Leave the war behind, and go have a peaceful life in the forest of Canada. Kiwanis has a village in Victoria, British Columbia, that would be perfect for the refugees.

For some reason I am getting photos on my facebook page of all of the young models and actresses, I did not request them all, but I enjoy looking at them all, and as a Producer, and writer, I can imagine which jobs they would be good for, etc. Like Aaron Spelling with "Fantasy Island" and "Love Boat," there could be an adult version for a newly started Playboy Channel, and "I Dream of Jeanne" and "Beach Blanket Bingo" and "Fun in Acapulco," etc.

And Playboy Magazine can interview Muzi of China ( They could have National Lampoon from Harvard do the interview for Playboy ) and they can have a pictorial of Mahlagha Jaberi to promote improved women's rights in Iran. Etc. They could do a lot of cool things.

Anyhow, the new young women on social media are going to  be the future stars in the Entertainment Industry. And 54% of the modern services economy is streaming services such as movies and television shows. The world needs content, and Aaron Spelling and Hugh Hefner made a fortune from hiring the beautiful young women.

There was a sign at the entrance at Universal Studios and it said that the most beautiful women in the world enter that gate. And back then even the Fred Flintstone show had lots of beautiful women. Women love show business, and the Producers get rich.

Salute,

Tony V.
