I had a Film professor at Antelope Valley community college who was so smart and well educated that he wrote his own text books for his classes. I am impressed when the professors reach such a high level that they can write their own textbooks. His name is Jaime Bihlmeyer and he is teaching Film at the University of Missouri now, I am sure he is teaching a lot to the students there.

I really enjoyed my time in community college at AVC and the school had some wonderful professors. Biden wants to make community college available to all Americans and I support that. The community college that I attended was fantastic and it was time well spent. Then the students who have high aptitude can continue to study and train. After AVC I went on the attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, which was fantastic.

I read the article, we need for HUD to explore ways of getting the homeless into the vacant housing.

In the past the leaders just left the homeless people on the sidewalks and no one was doing anything here to help the homeless, it is only recently that Mayor Bass in Los Angeles started helping the homeless, and in Orange County we had rich Christians from the Philippines here helping the homeless, it is only recently that the leaders have decided that helping the homeless is a priority.

So, as we begin this new effort to get the homeless into housing then we need to explore ways of getting the homeless into the vacant housing that is already built, we have 16 million vacant homes.

If the people want to make money from the vacant homes, then we need to explore ways that those homeowners can make money from their currently vacant properties. If they are waiting to sell, then maybe we can work out some kind of deal so that they can make money as the housing goes to the homeless.

HUD needs to explore ways of having mutual rewards for the owners of the vacant housing and the homeless, the owners need money, and the homeless need housing.

( I also support group homes for the homeless, and Sober Living Homes, and Hostels. )

There are lots of empty houses for the homeless people, and for the refugees...

https://www.forbes.com/sites/brendarichardson/2022/03/07/16-million-homes-lie-empty-and-these-states-are-the-vacancy-hot-spots/

HUD needs to do a new program to get the homeless people into the empty houses.

When Elvis Presley would stay in Las Vegas then he used to put aluminum foil on the windows of his hotel room so that he could sleep with the air conditioner on during the heat of the day, and then perform during the cool of the night. They could tell which room Elvis was in because of the aluminum foil on the windows.

I think Palm Springs in California has some businesses that are open 24 hours per day as well, so that people can sleep during the heat of the day with the air conditioner cooling their home while they sleep, and then they can work and shop at night, etc. Plus they have swimming pools.

Right now lots of people are moving to Arizona and to New Mexico, and they could benefit from having a 24 hour schedule in the heat of the summer, etc. And in Mexico they sleep during the heat of the day and they work when it is cool, they take a siesta in the heat of the day.

I was born and raised in the desert of California, in Lancaster, and the secret is to drink lots of water, you need to stay hydrated. I never had a problem from the heat. But the desert nights were fantastic, I loved the nights in the desert, we used to party all night, back when it was all cool people from the Space Shuttle program, etc. The desert was like a resort when I was young. I loved the desert as I was growing up. And my first car was a VW Baja Bug, it was great, I used to do 100 mph across the desert.

That is my advice for people moving from New York and from New Jersey, etc, to the desert in Arizona and in New Mexico, and Nevada, etc, is to try to work at night, and sleep during the day with the air conditioner running. And be sure to have a swimming pool.

As people move to the desert to live, and as the temperatures rise, then people can learn from Las Vegas, in Vegas they run on a 24 hour schedule, all of the businesses are open 24 hours per day, and so the people can sleep at home with the air conditioner cooling their home during the heat of the day, and then they can work and shop, etc, during the cool of the night. Also, Vegas has swimming pools.

On the issue of France, I need to do a DNA test, but my Grandmother told me that my ancestors came to the USA from France to escape from the French Revolution and to save their heads from the guillotine, I guess I have the Bourbon Capetian royal family in my family tree.

France needs to bring in Crowd Control experts from Disneyland in Paris to teach the French how to set up barricades and how to do Crowd Control. The Crowd Control experts at the Theme Parks can teach the people of France how to do Crowd Control. They can run France like a giant Theme Park.

On the issue of fresh new immigrants who could benefit France, France can invite the Roman Catholics from Latin America to migrate to France and to join the French Foreign Legion, etc.

A lot of people now are fake Christians, they only care about money, etc, and they are not serving the Lord like the Bible asks us to including in Mathew 25; 31-46.

I was able to do real Christian service when I went to Mexico with Youth For Christ to help the orphans, and people living in a garbage dump, we took them food and gifts and money and we showed them the love of Christ. That is what Christians do, I was not paid, and there was no reward in it for me, it was about helping those orphans in Mexico and serving God.

Also, as a teen I worked for the Burbank YMCA for two summers, and it was all about serving the Lord, I was not paid, I only made $40 per week for toothpaste, etc. I washed dishes, and I cleaned toilets, etc, I worked very hard, and it was all for Christ.

But now people are fake, and they only care about money. A friend in Quartz Hill, Earl, ended up homeless, and he went to the Church of Christ in Quartz Hill to worship and to pray for help. The church kicked Earl out of the church and they would not allow him to worship. They only cared about money and they did not care about serving God. They should have helped Earl, they should have let him worship and they should have helped him to get into the homeless shelter and to get help and housing so that he could get back into life. They should have helped Earl. I would never go to that church again after that. They are all fake Christians.

And guys like Joel Olteen only care about money, you would never see them helping the orphans in Mexico and giving money away to help the poor.

If we were smart, then the good Christians would control Mexico instead of the drug cartels. And our streets would not be full of homeless people if the Christians were doing as the Bible asks us to do.

I like Italy because Rome is the Christian capital of the world, and they are real Christians who help the homeless and who help the poor. And my dearly departed wonderful friend Lisa from the Philippines was Roman Catholic. The Philippines is a good Catholic country and a lot of the doctors here in the USA who are helping the homeless are from the Philippines, etc, etc, etc. My friend Rose was a cousin of the former President of the Philippines, Gloria Arrroyo, and Rose spent her whole life helping the homeless. Rose and Lisa were real Christians.

It is important for people to create good honest summer jobs for the youth, and to teach them good things in their formative years.

When I was 15 years old I painted houses for a guy named Larry Rodrigues in order to earn money to pay for new brakes for my VW Baja Bug. Larry owned a company named Realistic Rental Repair, and he was friends with all of the local real estate people, and he used to paint houses, etc, to get them ready to rent, or to sell, etc.

Larry was an old hippy from Hawaii, and he was great to work for, and he taught me a lot. He taught me how to paint houses, and he taught me how to hire people to do the work for me and how to delegate responsibility, and he used to give me books and he would pay me to read the books, and he would quiz me to make sure that I read the books before he paid me. He was a positive influence on my life. And I was able to buy new brakes for my VW.

It is important for entrepreneurs to hire the young men in the desert and to pay them to paint houses in the summer, and to be altruistic and to help to teach the young men good things that will help them in life.

And Larry taught me that when you are homeless and hungry do NOT steal or break the law to eat, instead ask for help and let people help you. If you steal then people will hate you, but if you humble yourself and ask for help then people will help you.

Spoken like the direct descendant of Oswald Mosley. Your furher would be so proud.

Chancellor Merkel of Germany and Prime Minister Cameron of Britain
together stated that multiculturalism in Europe/Britain has been a dismal failure.

In the USA multiculturalism has to work, and we need to be united by our humanity, we are all humans, and as humans we all have good human rights that belong to all humans equally. We have our Bill of Rights for all humans, and we have the Equal Opportunity Act of 1964, and we have the Fair Housing Act of 1968, and we all need to have an equal chance to enjoy the American Dream.

And my favorite leader in Europe is Pope Francis, and he loves all people.

Happy 4th of July, Happy Birthday America.

"The Sound of Freedom" is playing at the theatres.

Good human rights are worth fighting for. And please support Children of the Night in Hollywood which is a charity that saves the homeless children on the streets of Hollywood and which saves them from prostitution, etc.

Bambu, the areas of Abu Dhabi, and Dubai, are very wealthy, nice areas, the homeless Palestinians can be offered money to go live in Abu Dhabi, and in Dubai. The refugees from the Middle East can go be Essential Workers in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai, they can be truck drivers, and construction workers, and grocery store workers, etc, and they can help to grow the food, etc, and whatever jobs they can get, they can own their own restaurants, etc.

And my hometown helped to build the Iron Dome Missile Defense System, and the Patriot anti-missile equipment, which is used to protect Israel.

Israel has been safe lately, I think. It is not like the old days when they had suicide bombers blowing themselves up at bus stops.

We need to start sending all of the Muslim refugees to Abu Dhabi and to Dubai.

( Poverty is the father of crime and revolution, wealthy fat people are not going to go blow themselves up at a bus stop. Abu Dhabi and Dubai are nice wealthy areas to send the Muslim refugees to. )

Robert Rivas is the new State Speaker after his parents came to America and worked as Farm Workers, he will help the Farm Workers and he will help the immigrants.

https://www.sacbee.com/news/politics-government/capitol-alert/article276881218.html

Robert Rivas rose from the bottom to the top, from the son of immigrants who worked in the fields to the California State Government. And he will be strong against extremists like Trump, and the Governors of Florida and Texas.

If it costs a  minimum of $2m to buy a home in a certain 'elite' neighbourhood, and you only have $1m, then you can't live there, even if you think you deserve to.
You have to live somewhere else.
The real world.

I lived in a house in Malibu worth millions that was owned by the ex-wife of Sammy Hagar's family doctor, and one of my roommates was the daughter of a Chinese general.

Here is the house where I lived in Malibu... It is a nice house, and I loved living there.

http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/6315-Gayton-Pl_Malibu_CA_90265_M15737-07387

I also attended an elite acting school, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, I attended when it was in Pasadena, but now it is in Hollywood, at the Charlie Chaplin Studio, and there is also a campus in New York City.

Sometimes poor people can do impossible things. But, then there are the hard times too, so it is a roller coaster, peaks and valleys. You have to be able to walk with Kings without losing the common touch.  And then when it gets hard one needs to remember that it can get easy again, one just needs to persevere. Just because one is poor, it does not mean that they cannot attend the elite schools and live in the great neighborhoods.

Buses are arriving in California that are being sent by the Governor of Texas, but they do not understand that the fabric of our community is interwoven with immigrants from all over the world. We love our Statue of Liberty.

So, here is what is happening... Buses are arriving at the Saint Anthony's Croatian Catholic Church in China Town in Los Angeles with about 50 people on each bus. So, the Catholics are helping our immigrants, and we need to organize. We need to also bring in the United Farm Workers Union, and the Teamsters Union, etc. And the Pope and the Unions need to send a message to the Governor in Texas, and to the Governor of Florida.

Also, the Churches and the Unions can work together to tell the immigrants where the jobs are and to help the immigrants to get into jobs and housing.

Here in Orange County, California, there is housing available for Sober Living Homes, and that is the main source of housing for the homeless here right now. People can also find housing on Craig's List, etc. And the Wellness Center in Orange will help people, and the Mental Health Association in Santa Ana will help people, etc.

Mel Gibson could run for President, he was born in New York, he has had a few problems but Americans have a short memory, and he is still young. Mel lives here in Malibu I think, and he has a big family. It is an idea, he could beat Trump.

And Andy Garcia and Marco Rubio and the Cubans need to send a message to the Governor of Florida and to the Governor of Texas.

On the bus that just arrived here were children from Colombia, and people from Bolivia, and Peru, and from Mexico, and they are all welcome here, they can pick strawberries in Merced, California, etc, while they learn about available opportunities, and while they get educated and while they learn English, etc. The United Farm Workers can tell the immigrants where the jobs are and can connect them with the jobs, and the Teamsters and other unions can help our new immigrants as well. And the Catholic Church can help our immigrants, etc.

Theater / Re: Theater

Acting is different than other jobs because you get fame with acting, and you get the love of fans, total strangers will talk about what a great person you are, and when you die strangers will weep. When I set out to study acting I was aware of the power that comes with acting and with having fans, and I went to school and studied and I tried to make myself worthy of success as an actor and as a leader in the community, and I even considered going into politics later in life like Reagan did in order to help America and to help to make the world a better place.

Here is what the great acting teacher Sanford Meisner had to say about acting....

"...And then he has won, through his fantasy he has achieved that which he had before only in fantasy; wealth, honor, and the love of women."

Roy Rogers was a poor man from Ohio, who went on to become loved by the world, and he donated children's hospitals and he helped abused children, and he set up the "Happy Trails Children's Foundation" and he did other good things with his fame. Roy considered running for President, but his friend Ronald Reagan became President so Roy could just share his thoughts and concerns with Reagan.

When I was trying to become an actor then I was aware of the power of fame, so I tried to make myself worthy as best as I could. And my Poetry Book has lots of good advice and good thoughts for the world. I also wanted to produce movies and television shows that could send a good message to the world, etc.

Here is my student film that I made at USC, I took acting serious back then. And I wanted to rise and change the world and make the world a better place.

Here is my student film from USC film school...

https://youtu.be/GJ2wBMgs-lQ

I never found success in my youth, it just was not meant to be. But I am older and wiser, and maybe I can still do good things if I do not give up. And I have worked hard not to become bitter and hardened by hard times and poverty, though I had a nervous breakdown and ended up in the hospital in 2002, life has been hard, and the streets of Los Angeles are no joke, it is a miracle I am still alive. But, we will see what the future has in store, maybe I can still do good things and I can still serve the Lord.

Salute,

Tony V.
