Asserting something is a fact or obvious with only the person's race and gender as support is racist.  You have pointed to nothing else about her qualifications at the time of her appointment because you cannot.

Do not have to. Harvard lives off DEI which by definition is identity politics (Racism)and treats whites, Jews, and Asians as Oppressors while people of color,women, and LGBTQ people are the Oppressed. ( the E is for Equity not Equality).

You are just doing your normal routine of cutting and pasting arguments from other sites you cannot support factually because they are not yours and you lack the intellectual capacity to think beyond what you have read. The arguments you are plagiarizing are racist.
