Great win

"Buck O Neil along with

Gil Hodges
Minnie Minoso
Tony Oliva
Jim Kaat
Bud Fowler
also were chosen to the HoF by voters on veterans committees.

Dick Allen, who died last December, fell one vote shy of election.

The six newcomers will be enshrined in Cooperstown, New York, on July 24, 2022, along with any new members elected by the Baseball Writers

that was one helluva 4th qtr and game ending drama in Pittsburgh.

Harbaugh almost stole the limelight from his bro.

I thought it was gutsy but dumb.

With Tucker he has the edge in OT.

According to Adam Schefter

"Ben Roethlisberger privately has told former teammates and some within the organization that he expects this to be his final season playing quarterback for the Steelers, league sources told ESPN."

Seem a little ambiguous, whether the Steelers want him or whether Ben wants to QB for another team.

Rep. Massie (R-Ky) sent out this picture, with the words "Merry Christmas! 🎄 ps. Santa, please bring ammo."

In light of the recent school shooting and other mass shootings, that seems like such a wise and sensitive Christmas message.

The Massie's youngest son, often called the "smart son" outraged by the insensitivity of the family Christmas photo, refused to join his family, and sat on the porch playing his banjo.

I find it mind boggling and depressing that on one hand as covid still rages and claim victims, and holds us hostage to its ability to evolve, sensible and effective solutions have constantly been under attack by so many Republicans, claiming its their right to opt out and put others at risk as they exercise their freedom of choice. While on the other hand many of those same Republicans say it is also within their right to claim a woman's right to make her own medical choices to do what she feels right for herself.

The hypocrisy is stunning and I suspect that if the Republican hypocrisy wins out, which seems likely, we will be a much poorer society for it.

You sound surprised by the actions of the GOP Death Cult.

Not so much surprised, as disappointed. When I think of cults, I think of Manson and his family, Jim Jones, David Karesh, et. dangerous sociopaths with a relatively few brainwashed followers/victims, not the former president, Senate and House leaders, religious zealots, and moneyed interests who are shepherding millions of gullible fools for short-term politcal gains that will turn us into a hopelessly divided and weakened country.

Biden had one critical job in his first 2 years, get America healthy and back on the road to normal and those treasonous motherfuckers will fight him every step of the way.

its disappointing and people are going to suffer and die.

looking forward to MNF

Pats-Bills

Bills opened at -3 went to -2.5.

I expect the Pats D to be fine, but do wonder about "Bama Mac playing in what is currently forecast as cold and windy conditions.

The counter would be a ground game.

Should be a fun AFC E battle.

Another quality contribution from the racist troll having nothing to do with the NFL.

SSDD

And who knew the racist troll also has a gambling problem?

heh

poor hammy-Utley-piggy-uno sybil

he still carries the pain from some long ago immaterial discussion.

he's so sad

and even our global moderator said his 2-day ban on me was unwarranted and he was wrong.

I never did get an explanation for my banning over my "Slick Sammy" satire mocking our resident self-proclaimed pool hustler and drama queen of the green felt, Delaware Slim & None

LMAO

LMAO

I guess Hammy-Utley-Piggy-Uno-Sybil felt left out.

SSDD

Left out was your permanent position on the sandlot, and you still haven't gotten over it, Levine.

But I won my bet.

Knew you couldn't STFU.

Heh

Why would I possibly be influenced by a racist troll and STFU?

Kid and I were discussing football on a football forum and once again he got in over his head.

You know the feeling.

And congrats on winning your bet.

So who took the other side, Utley or Piggy or Uno or Sybil?

LMAO

I left the land of pure civility several of your 360s ago.

Because you simply can't handle yourself.

It's just sports, bro.  Find some common ground with people.

Kid I share common ground with honest adults of reasonable intelligence.

You however are an idiot and a liar.
