On a personal level, Yunaska graduated from East Carolina University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in management and physics. He later got a master's in finance from the same school in 2009. After graduation, he worked for Vail Resorts from 2010 to 2011, worked as an accounting manager for the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health from 2012 to 2014, and was a tax analyst for Georgetown University in 2014.

He sounds overqualified - very likely taking a pay cut to do service.  US government is fortunate to have him.

Sure sounds like it prepared him for the energy department.

But no, apparently, he did not take a paycut - it was a promotion within the department. And he'd been at loose ends prior to working for the transition team.

But I should not have posted the article, regardless.

I feel safer already.

the sections that gave way had recently been set in a new concrete foundation in Calexico, California. The concrete had not yet cured, according to Pitones, and the wall panels were unable to withstand the windy conditions.

Want to buy some land in Florida?!

I's very inexpensive...

I just am boggled by the lengths that Dershowitz will go (or is that depths he will reach) to try to excuse his client.

I know "best possible defense" is the standard, but is this really that?!
