Significant development

I do wonder what Israel will do, but also whether this will actually make a difference for the Russian forces in Ukraine.

Biden vote buying (continued)

Billions of gallons more from strategic reserve to ( ahem) counter price gouging by this dastardly oil companies.  Just a coincidence an election is less than three weeks away. Never mind that the oil reserve is not to used for political reasons.
Same with college loan forgiveness. It is illegal as hell but the election comes way before that inevitable decision comes down in the Courts.

Stop the presses!

Democrats do politics!

Ps you forgot about the weed policy...

The funny thing is as ever the GOP supports such things when it's their president.

Can the Yankees finally get over the Houston Humps? I mean hump.

I don't think so, from what we've seen of each of them so far this month.

It looks like the violation of law was on the part of the state, for failing to tell the local voting registrars who was not able to legally vote.

A whopping 20 people were arrested, Gov. DeSantis announced proudly.

As I have posted repeatedly, there are thousands of municipalities in the US with worse water than Flint's.

https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/a-growing-drinking-water-crisis-threatens-american-cities-and-towns/

As with water, so too with health and working conditions in the US.

Granted all of those are better than they would have been if the liberals had not prevailed on thinks like water and air cleanliness and safe working conditions.

But it is only better.

Has Governor Abbot hardened the Texas electrical grid yet or has he been too focused on busing migrants?

I think it's been clear, going back to Will Rogers astute comments, that the Democrats have not always been masters of strategy.

I think the classic Left, the folks who care about worker exploitation and discrimination, about quality healthcare and childcare and safe working conditions and clean air and water, all the places on the political landscape where positive change can keep happening and we could start to catch up with other developed countries, should split off and form its own party.  Everyone else seems to be engaged in quiet acquiescence to plutocracy.  The Gilded Age (no. 2) has given way to the Age of Acquiescence.
Jesus, what garbage. The USA doesnt exploit workers, scrimp on healthcare, allow unsafe working conditions, has clean air and water...

Ward is on drugs.

This is where in the past I would post counter examples and Ward would ignore or deny them.

Possibly the single most important scientific project/s concerning mankind today. And this particular project is very exciting.

24% of Europe's energy has been from renewables recently.

It's not yet enough, but it is making a substantial difference.
