I lived in Topanga for 2 weeks, and I loved Topanga, the neighbors were all hippies, and the people were all really nice and friendly people, and there was zero crime. But, you need to own a car in Topanga, you cannot get around on the Public Transportation System there. They have buses on PCH, and on some of the other streets, but if you live in Topanga you need to own a car right now. An Electric VW Bus would be cool. They can invest in Transporters like the FRAN service in Anaheim to connect the residents with the Public Buses on PCH, etc, and then they can have more buses on PCH. A lot needs to be done to improve the public transportation in Topanga, California.

They are building new luxury highrises in Las Vegas, Nevada, that are like Empire West in West Hollywood, California, with a swimming pool and clubhouse on the roof, etc, and they are a huge success.

What I like about Empire West is that all of the residents work in the Entertainment Industry and you can make movies and television shows with your neighbors, etc.

The same in Malibu, everyone works in the Entertainment Industry and you can make movies and television shows with your neighbors, etc.

Vegas is building new Movie and Television Studios right now, so Vegas will have more Film and Television Jobs soon.

Of note, the rural areas all need to have more 7 Eleven Convenience Stores, complete with gasoline stations, etc.
