No Saric tonight so Bayless started

Lets see how this affects Philly's bench (will we see more McConnell?)

Ball's guys off to the early advantage, looking quite good.

Luke can coach offense.....

Ball wins.

Nice to see the up and comers.

Simmons was fantastic.

Kuzma a night off (from superlative play)

I'd keep everyone if I am LA.

That was a gas.

Ball's shot is almost as ugly as Noah's free throws.  Jeez.

But is he ever a motherfucker in the open court; that penetration and kick to Ingram for the final dagger was a thing of beauty.  Glad to see Ingram coming along.

Walton an impressive coach, as Reggie said, trusting his charges to win or lose in the final 8 seconds sans time outs.  Like, JUST GO FOR IT.  A learning moment.

Simmons is a terrifying all-around talent with his size and handle and all-around offensive tools. He and Embid will be a force for years.

Worth noting, that like our own PG-Pup, turnovers are an issue.

Still, DAMN.

PS: Nyets get Okafor and Stauskas (and a #2) pick for Trevor Booker.  Nice HAUL.  Sean Marks and Kenny Atkinson have a long ways to go, but they are turning things around in Brooklyn.  Like Kanter, Okafor is going to be tasked to play D, and then play SOME MORE D.  But his days of DNP are clearly over.  And Stauskas was an offensive force in college.  We shall see.  But I'm happy for the Nyets, happy for Okafor...gear up our hometown rivalry.

PPS: Rooting hard to Kenny Atkinson to fuck the Cavs in the ass vis a vis their #1 pick expectations.  Go Nyets.

Not sure I’m ready to root for a Russian team, I mean me and Chico much rather have a Mexican team in Brooklyn, right Chico?

Booker is a nice role player.  Rugged, effortvescent, plays hard --can get you a key board or stop.  Good for Philly.  Got a contributor for two DNP guys.  Sure a weird Sell Low on Okafor, but if you're not going to play him, it's a decent return.

Nice gamble by Nyets.  Okafor can score, though is lazy on D.  Needs coaching.  Stauskas hasn't looked good, but SAC and Philly before this season have been bad at development.  See if he's learned anything from Redick.

Sorry to see Kilpatrick go.  Inconsistent and a little sloppy, but has a framework to build on.  But Harris can shoot, and they like LaVert's athleticism.  Kil will either get picked up by someone or make some money in China.

Well, OKC was missing PaulGeorge & Jermai Grant on a thin team.
But yeah, they haven't played well this year, especially in 2nd halves and 4Q's.
Lot of offensive issues.
PatPat coming off knee surgery has been useless.
The Big 3 haven't clicked.
About the best they've managed has been recently when they used Adams as the roll man going rimwards.
There's some talk of having Melo come off the bench . . .
