1. Marbury
2. Invincible Carter
3. Super John Williamson!
4.
5.

SuperJohn was a fun player.  A super gunner.
I was at one early NBA Nets game (at the then new Rutgers Athletic Center) and Super John hit a long fadeaway J while falling into the Nets bench.  Crazy.  And there wasn't a 3 point shot then ...

Deron a good guess.
I'm sort of surprised he didn't.
I'll have to check on that.

Two more .  .  .

My mistake.
6 Nets scored 50 or more.
Deron did it.  A 57 point game in his 2nd Net season.
Kyrie was the 7th Net to half-century it.

1. Marbury
2. Invincible Carter
3. Super John Williamson!
4. Deron Williams

5. _________ has a Knick connection

6. _________ I'll give you his initials after a while . . .

These are the hard ones ...

Doncic and KZ combined for 57 points.  Also 10 turnovers.
DAL won despite more turnovers than assists (19 to 17).

Fortunately they played WASH.
Wiz starters combined 2 -22 on 3's (half that was Beal 1-11)

DAL bench dominated despite going 3-15 on 3's.
Tim Jr. had 4 Pts and 4 Fouls in 21 mins.  Missed all 5 of his 3's.
Mavs started Courtly, with Tim off the bench.

KZ 3-7 on 3's.  23 points.  Just 4 boards.

Donovan with 32 & 12 boards.
Conley debuts with 1-16 FG & 5 fouls.  Yikes.

Muddy with 12 & 5 in 23 backup PG mins.  6-11 FG.
Makes me nervous a team relying on Jeff Green and Mud.

One is an ex-Knick who only played 1 year with the Nets.

The other played 2 seasons Netside.
His initials are MN.

Maybe your thinking of Petrovic.

Drazen!
Good guess!

But wrong . . .

Was thinking Drazen. Thanks

1. Marbury
2. Invincible Carter
3. Super John Williamson!
4. Deron Williams
5. MIKE NEWLIN

Newlin was a good shooter, sort of the Joe Harris of his day.
Played mostly for HOU in the 70's,  Finished his career with two Net seasons and a final Knick year.  Very difficult to guess.

and still one more
6. _________ has a strong Knick connection.

Actually I didn't even recall that he played with the Nets at all (just one season there, in which he dropped a 50 game).

Pretty good Depth Chart info on one page from Hoopshype:
https://hoopshype.com/2019/07/10/nba-depth-charts/

Lotta teams have weak benches.
That listing will help me find trades for NYK to make.

I like how DET fixed their weak bench by going with a few weak starters . ..

Saw mostly 2Q MIL - HOU.
Rocks were up 16 at the half, with Harden & Rustbrook  I think 2-12 on 3's while the other Rockettes were 12-20.
Russ was zooming down court, collapsing the D and kicking to open corner 3-men.

Bucks came roaring back 2nd half.  39 Pt 4Q.
Harden only made 2 FG's.
Gordon & Harden combined 6-32 FG (4-20 on 3's).
Geo Hill pestered Harden and finished with a team high +16.

Quite a comeback for MIL on the Road.  Deep team.
Seems Giannis fouled out up 6 with 5 mins left.
And MIL held on.  Sounds like a fun game.
I mostly saw Rocks dominating with 3's.

Speaking of weak benches.
GS is really thin.
ALso literally so, as they don't have big men.
Gave up 140 to CLips.
