Cable news rating note

Americans flocked to Fox News for information and analysis as the network topped both CNN and MSNBC every single weekday hour by double- and triple-digit percent advantages during the final quarter of its 25th anniversary year.

It is time to take the smut peddlers at Fox off the air. Maybe replace them with a news network of some description. If we make Reds fascist pornhub go dark, some blood will have a chance to flow back to his brain.

Disgustingness no is disputed.  Pandering clickbait and outrageous opinions trigger addictive dopamine surges in the brain, and generate revenue for NewsCorps.  Not wishing to be a lab rat, I don't click on Faux coverage.  Failed professional ethics fux Fox.

In the presidential puzzle the listed names at the bottom represent 36 presidents.  If Trump and Biden came after then only 8 are left, with  the most recent two in the last46 years easily membered.

I wish you all a happy and prosperous 2022.

As for me...

My neighborhood would be the perfect place to build a new film and television studio, and it would be fun to write and eat pizza with people and shoot our stuff at the studio.

I have a full length feature film script that I wrote that has been ready to film for 20 years. It would be great to get it made. I got the copyright with the Library of Congress, and I registered it with SAG so that I could use SAG talent, my SAG rep was Ruth Garbutt Lewis. I had it ready to go a long time ago, it is ready to shoot.

And I have a lot of new ideas for films and television shows.

There is a film school close to where I live, I have not been there yet but I want to go there and talk with the film students, and tell them that I have a script and see if they have any ideas on how to get my movie made. Also, I can act in student films, etc. I want to talk with the film students. I could also pay a tutor to teach me how to use my new Apple Laptop and to show me which new programs I need, etc, I am sure the college has tutors. Even better would be to find people to write with who can teach me how to use my Apple Laptop while we write.

Rome is awesome, and I tried to get a job at Cinecitta, that would have been great, there was a subway that went right to the studio, I would have loved to have been able to make movies in Rome. Maybe later I can. We will see what happens.

Meanwhile, I have a nice home here in Anaheim, and it would be fun to write, and make television shows and movies here in Anaheim. And we have a film school close by that is one of the top film schools in the world, The Dodge Film School at Chapman.

I want to publish my poetry book too. I can do that with my Apple Laptop, I just need to get the right programs and learn how to do it.

My plans for 2022 are the same as they have been since I got my AA degree and attended the AADA a long time ago, I want to get my movie made that I wrote, and I would like to do some acting, and I want to get my poetry book published, etc. And it would be nice to find a good wife, and have a kid. For some reason the more I studied and the harder I worked then the harder life got, and I went through hell. I was even homeless for 2 years out there on the streets, clean and sober and begging for work. But, life is what it is, and I do not want to become bitter or hardened, I need to keep a good attitude and trust that I have grown over time and that I am older and wiser. A bad attitude will not help, I need to be grateful for the good things, and I need to focus on the beauty in the world.

We will see what happens. For sure in 2022 I at least want to make or sell my movie script, and publish my poetry book. And it would be nice to get some of my other ideas going. I can start by going to talk with the people at my local film school, after the holidays. and after the corona crisis.

I could also enroll in a screenwriting class at the community college to meet writers, and maybe meet a good woman who wants to write with me, we will see. But, I want to go talk with the film students first at Chapman.

Salute,

Tony V.

The people who compiled that report are giving some strange advice. They have San Diego as 11th in quality of life. I need to see the ten they have above it.

Second that.  Some of the yardsticks used are faulty.   Boulder sits amid massive Front Range sprawl and insane housing prices, and the winters can be formidable.  And the quoted "old guard" who say it was way cooler in the seventies are correct.  Fort Collins is a much better choice, but they put it way down the list.  And again, the winters will send many would-be retirees fleeing to Tucson.
