The good leaders are the ones who help the people, instead of being corrupt and helping themselves. In Anaheim the people own the electric company, and some of the money goes towards helping the homeless, etc. Instead of buying electricity from some horrible company, we the people of the City of Anaheim own our own electric company. The good leaders will set it up so that the homeless are helped, and so that the children have computers in school, and so that we have nice parks, etc.
Corrupt leaders who get rich off of the people while they turn a blind eye to the suffering of the homeless, etc, should never be in office, and they must quickly be removed.
We need for the good honest people to rise to the top, and we need for the good people at the top to help the poor and the needy who cannot help themselves. And we need to build nice safe communities.
If the politicians are not helping the people, then they should not be in office. If our society is falling apart, while the corrupt politicians just line their own pockets, then they need to be removed.
You can judge a tree by its fruit, if communities are prospering then they have good leaders, but if the societies are crumbling while the streets are lined with homeless people then they are not doing a good job.
