A county in New Mexico has heeded Trump's and Giuliani's whines about the Dominion voting machines and has refused to certify their recent primary election, which throws a wrench into the process.
This does two major things apart from the election itself:
1) It demonstrates that Trump, et al, succeeded in influencing "the general public" with their claims.
2) It provides powerful ammunition to Dominion in their law suit against the folks who made false claims about them.
It may also lead to a significant number of other boards making a similar decision. That part remains to be seen along with whether the courts side with the state government and order the certification of the results.
