More to the point, before she popped up on right wing talking points, Red had no clue who she was or what she did, and without looking it up could come up with absolutely nothing to support the claim she was running the country for Biden.

And those of us with a long enough memory to recall Reagan ending a debate with Mondale with a long meander somehow involving Highway 1 find it amusing that the party with Reagan's dick embedded in their mouths has an issue with the mental capacity of Biden.

He knows it's a nothing burger.  Domestic policy adviser is a brain trust kind of position every POTUS has.  Now that Congress is divided, her job crafting new policy is largely done, so her departure seems a natural step.  Maybe Red just wanted to call Kamala a stooge again.

I guess you missed the Obama Administration, Bhengazi, the Clinton Administration, not to mention the last 25  years or so of democrat Presidential politics.
Rice has more experience to run the Country than anyone else associated with the party.
