I'm not sure how this can be considered any sort of win for Biden.
Neither
does Joe.
61 % of voters think a second term for him would be some sort of a disaster/setback for the country sent him begging to McCarthy.
That explains why 2/3 of the Republican senators voted against it.
Because they want bigger cuts and their votes on this bill were not needed.
The dems HAD to support it or concede 2024 to the GOP.
LOL. Always nice to see the Bubble's desperate spin attempts to avoid admitting the right wing got panted by someone they think is senile.
LOL!

Gee it was just a few months ago the MSM described the new House Speaker Kevin McCarthy as crippled, a token head of a ragged GOP stumbling through the wilderness, unable to manage MAGA radicals, rebels and anarchy

Well McCarthy got them all together and passed the only legislation to deal with the deficit ceiling. Biden and the dems laughed but offered no alternative.

Biden finally blinked as he realized his second term hopes would be dashed without a resolution of the issue at hand.

McCarthy kept his MAGA radicals and rebels on point and got the most votes from them on deficit reduction legislation. EVER!

Joe Biden got a temporary pass to keep campaigning.
He is underwater with voters on every issue and continues falling down on the job. Figuratively and literally.

Senator John Kennedy is not a big fan of President Biden, judging by the YouTube video.

He is a big fan of Putin.

He talks like Foghorn Leghorn with that fake Southern mush mouth accent when he is a Rhodes Scholar and graduate of Oxford.

has not done enough for native born Black residents?

What evidence do you have that helping one group subtracts from the other?

Get beyond the fear response and show us why migrant housing would not open up housing options for native born residents.

On the issue of housing, we have the Fair Housing Act of 1968, everyone needs to have an equal shot at housing.

We need to build housing like crazy, and we need to put the homeless people, and the refugees, and the immigrants, etc, all in the housing and they can shop at the same grocery stores, and they can go to the same hospitals, and the children can go to the same schools, etc.

We need to make our immigrants legal so that they can join labor unions and so that they can help to build housing, etc.

Of note, most of my neighbors speak Spanish, and we get along just fine. I live down here by the border with Mexico and we love the Mexicans here in Southern California. And they treat me great, they all think I am a Hollywood actor, and I brought famous rock stars to play at parties here by the swimming pool, and when I first moved in my Uncle and I passed out a truck of free ice cream to the neighborhood on a hot summer afternoon. They have a local neighborhood gang, "La Fabrica" which is a very old Mexican gang, they were a protection gang for the berry pickers and helped them, etc. We have a neighborhood Mexican Market, etc, and we have a Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood that is open 24 hours. We celebrate our diversity, and the Mexicans are in the majority here, as we are only 100 miles from the border with Mexico.

I support our Fair Housing Act of 1968, and we can put everyone in together and we can celebrate our diversity.

Salute,

Tony V.

You can change who you are, Red. Stop being so lazy. For you any change at all is one in a positive direction.

Constitutional scholar, atmospheric physicist, AND existential philosopher!  Wow!

NB: Wombattery seems to have the same post count and Trek quote that Calibandwagon does, so likely just a change of display name.  I have it on good authority that no wombats were harmed in the process.

The absence of actual response to the question does indicate that Reddick cannot change who he is, either.   Though Fac seems to have some optimism.

Homeless veterans are being moved out of hotels in New York, and migrants then being moved in.
Wonder where the homeless veterans are being moved to?
