Especially at a time we need more births.
We need more people? What is your problem with mass immigration again?
Nothing is wrong with legal immigration.
My post concerned birth.

We do not need more people to add to the thousands homeless and sleeping in the streets. A myth started by the left.

Red,

And how does forcing a pregnant woman to bear a child fit with your comment

Taking away the woman's moral choice is not leaving the moral "aspect" with the individual.  It is the state taking control of her body.  As my post on China's policy yesterday addressed, this is what Xi wants to do, to make all women of reproductive age breeders.

There is hope, especially after Dobbs, abortion will be tougher and creating
life will be more productive.

Pro Life Laws Have Saved Tens of Thousands of Lives, a New Study Shows

Run with that idea next November.  Especially with suburban women.
making Abortion legal is  now up to the people as it always should have.
It is encouraging that post Hobbs the first effect is fewer of them. Especially at a time we need more births.
Run with that idea next November. I note the absence of your usual reliance on polling on the issue for some reason.

Dobbs put the US on a better constitutional path in solving the legal question regarding abortion.
It is now up to the consent of the governed, state by state.
The moral aspect remains with the individual.

You can also run on Trump's announcement that he will try to overturn the ACA. Polling data on which you also no longer cite.

The latest report from the Securities and Exchange Report has an interesting Mea Culpa from the Walt Disney Company:

Disney acknowledges its controversial political and social agenda is costing the company and shareholders lots of money.

Interesting timing.

2023 is the 300th anniversary year of the birth of famed economist Adam Smith( Wealth of Nations).[/I]
It was Smith who coined the term invisible hand a metaphor explaining  how people could exercise their choice between particular products.

In the case of Disney( and maybe Bud Lite, too) that hand may only include one visible finger.

Wow.  Completely ducked the question.  China was mentioned to point out how their Woman as Breeder policy parallels your own expressed position. The question is how do bans and restrictions on abortion fit with your own assertion?

Dobbs removed a constitutional protection of the woman's right to make her own moral choice on a medical decision.

That conflicts with your usually libertarian views on personal autonomy.

Dobbs overturned , in essence, a right wrongly granted by a previous Court.
It has nothing to do with the moral choice which women have made for centuries.

The political platform of the Libertarian Party states:

Recognizing that abortion is a sensitive issue and that people can hold good faith views on all sides, we believe that government should be kept out of the matter, leaving the question to each person for their conscientious consideration.

I am not a Libertarian.

Since the US Constitution is silent on the matter it is left to the states and the people

And I am fine with that.
