The trump whiny little bitch grievance tour now includes attack riffs on GOP governors and on any venue dumb enough to host him. Unfortunately the crowds are small enough and the networks get bored and cut away soon enough that it might contain the damage to the GOP down ballot.

It seems likely that some republicans will stick and decompensate with their cheerless leader till his bitter end, but it is also clear that more and more republicans are taking the opportunity to walk away either to sit it out or to back VP Harris, a charismatic leader with an actual positive vision and understanding of our country.

The homeless people from Hong Kong are welcome in Texas, they can be line cooks at the restaurants, etc.

And Tyson Foods in Arkansas is creating a lot of great jobs for the Asians, and for the Latinos, and for whoever needs opportunity.

It is important for a campaign to do everything in its power to avoid accidentally picking JD Vance.

Also, since Vice President Harris has actually served in the executive branch she has a much clearer idea what the job entails and what qualifications are required for the role than her opponent or anyone else on his team. That makes the selection process many more times more rigorous for Democrats than it was for republicans.

I hope it will be Tim Walz he would most likely expand electorate among progressives, suburbanites and independents. A lot of political bang for the buck.
