The Supreme Court's creation of an evidentiary privilege for executive communications even when planning and committing felonies, for one.

The Supreme Court's creation of an evidentiary privilege for executive communications even when planning and committing felonies, for one.

Arent felonies part of the official duties of a president yet?  Trump clearly dawdled in his first administration.
