Yes, in the sense RedDick means "Lawfare": a politician who gets caught committing crimes tries to deflect from his guilt by claiming his prosecution was politically motivated. Usually people just recognize that as the squealing of a stuck pig in its last throes. Sadly, RedDick and the rest of the MAGA crew have swallowed the lie whole.
