And Biden has never had an open border policy. The border is not, cannot be and should not be sealed but it is and has been closed, because there is only restricted and regulated legal access. The major debate has never been over that access, but the steps taken to enforce the restrictions. The Repos have won the war of branding, and Biden's failure to recognize and combat that messaging is going to cost this country dearly.
