Carl Rogers helped to design the treatment program at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs.

I had a teacher in community college who worked at the Betty Ford Center, he was a Dr, he was a great teacher. Dr J Herd, I am not sure on the spelling, it was a long time ago. He taught Psychology at AVC.

Part of the treatment program at the Betty Ford Center is to get your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, congruent. That was all from Carl Rogers.

Mitch is not anywhere near the table. President Joe is negotiating with WV Joe and other centrists in the caucus.

Breaking off some very popular items as stand alone bills to bring up next year, such as broadband, gives republicans further opportunities to demonstrate their anti-American intransigence and states are beginning to initiate projects already thanks to Joe and the Democrats saving us from the trump-republican economic collapse, chaos, and attempted civil war.

There won’t be a filibuster left once GOP Senators chose treason over a commission, so passage of big important bills should be smoothed out and sped up.

Good work.

In order to trim the original $2.3 trillion plan down to $1.7 trillion, the White House would reduce funding for rural broadband, as well as for bridges and roads.

Gonna be fucking over red states to placate GOP.
