The Mega Millions jackpot has continued its march toward $1 billion.

With no ticket matching all six numbers drawn Tuesday night, the top prize is now an eye-popping $970 million for the next drawing, set for Friday night. And Powerball’s jackpot isn’t too far behind for Wednesday night’s drawing: $730 million.

Ask yourself, "Do I feel lucky?"

Then complete the sentence, "If I win, I will...

BTW, looking at record days in the market: https://www.cnbc.com/us-markets/

The "If I win, I will..." game is exactly why buying a ticket is worthwhile for me at times. I can get a couple fun hours out of it, making it cheaper entertainment than many things!

From today's address: “We must end this uncivil war that pits red against blue. … Let’s start afresh, all of us, let’s start to listen to one another again.”

So, let's see how well we can meet President Biden's challenge.

I hope the republicans are ready to listen when we say those who fed the insurrection with seditious lies must now lose their posts, their prospects, and serve a good stretch of penal time.

I’m sure Mr. Cruz and Mr. Hawley, Mr. Brooks, Ms. Boebert, and others will present their wrists for shackling with heart felt mea culpas.

Did some channel surfing tonight and had on Fox-Hannity and he was trashing Joe's inaugural speech as a high school student's graduation speech
and that Joe needed a nap.

So Fox has its talking points, kick old Joe in the nuts and hold the base from slipping into giving unity and healing a chance.

Too much money in cashing in on America's raging culture war.

And Fox is in the business of selling weapons.

But their audience has been shrinking and this is an indication of some of why it won't be coming back:

Fox was insufferable today.  If you like wading through human waste there's all the racist right wing memes here

China is rejoicing at the departure of Donald Trump.
No great surprise to many, is my guess.

Every foreign country but two is rejoicing at the departure of Donald Trump, including yours. North Korea will miss him and so will Benjamin Netanyahu.
