Blame J. Edgar Hoover and Harry Anslinger for the prohibition of cannabis.

Like everything else in America its rooted in race.

In 1930, Harry Anslinger, became the first director of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics.12 Ansliger was appointed to the position by Secretary of the Treasury Andrew Mellon, his wife's uncle.13 Ansliger, an avid supporter of prohibition, had minimized the dangers of cannabis before his appointment. Once appointed, he began a campaign based on race and violence. Anslinger did not hide his prejudice, with comments like, “There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz and swing, results from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and others.”14 Anslinger helped popularize the use of “marijuana” instead of the more common “cannabis,” to tie the drug to anti-Mexican prejudice.15,16 Anslinger's themes were replicated in the movie Reefer Madness17: cannabis turns men to violence and women to sexual promiscuity.††

If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you.

It will be in front of a court of law in due course. As a pretrial stage setter, the impeachment stitches the GOP and trump together like a human centipede made from the cast of Cocoon, so that where go one, goes all as they writhe violently on the wrong side of the law.

Opening schools during a pandemic is disastrous. The European countries found out and reeled in the live classes. Why does it attract the fringe loonies on both sides? Imagine teachers actually do not want to put themselves and their charges at risk. AOC and Nancee should know better than to use children for political advantage.

Still waiting for Luee's response on his "most diverse country" claim and my multiple replies (that put the board to sleep, we're told).

Says Mr. Dodgeball, himself.

Kid, he asked for stats. So did you.

I provided them. You ignored them. So did Luee.

I poked Luee, because he used to respond to facts.

Outside of sports, you never have. Inside of sports, you are irregular.

More police acquitted of a crime that a citizen would have gone to jail over.

And Kid pretending that since this is a Newsmax link about real news, it should be left up.

The whole notion of "gateway drugs" needs to be done away with.  Drugs engage with receptors in our brains the same way as food does.  So either drugs are food or food is a gateway drug
When it comes to using cannabis, your best bet is to do your own research first and consider the sources of the information you find.

I’d not rely on Kam or Josh.
