Already posted the point.   Biden mistakenly reacting to an earlier version of the bill.   Ignorant and "sleepy, " yes.   Intent to deceive,  no.   I'm not a partisan,  so I can easily acknowledge that Joe is not as sharp as he used to be.   But he's still a wise policy wonk,  has a good heart,  cares about America's most vulnerable people,  cares about the planet,  and that's good enough for now.
