Chauvin attorney actually doing a nice job.

If he’s going for a hung jury, sure.

You'd be happy with that?

No.

I’d be pleased to see that dude  go down on the biggest charge.

The defense guy is trying to reach the couple assholes who might fall for reasonable doubt and hang the case.

That’s his only shot at getting another turn at bat for Chauvin.

I dont think there would be a second trial

Nor would this judge quickly allow for the HJ.

The GOP knew this day was coming when they co-opted White Evangelicals to form the Moral Majority be the foot soldiers of right wing conservatism. Christian prayer warriors clad in the full armor of God.

You realize how old you’ve gotten when you see your child’s soccer coach on MSNBC.

Those kids are all in their mid-30s.

Over two weeks ago Sleepy Joe tapped Kammy to stem the flow of illegal immigrants at the southern border.
Result?
Crickets from Kammy who is complaining about her 70,000 “ temporary “ living quarters in Washington.
Not one word from her about the “ non crisis” the dem talking points insist.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Wednesday during the press briefing was asked about the vice president’s recent travel to Chicago, as opposed to the southern border. While in the Windy City, Harris visited a local bakery.
According to the pool note, Harris said her favorite is German chocolate and gets it for her birthday each year, and her staff had preordered a slice for her.
I would say the vice president was visiting Chicago to talk about COVID and the importance of communities getting the vaccine when it is available and accessible to them," Psaki explained. "While she was there, like many Americans, she got a snack. I think she's allowed to do that.

One season when the boy was nine. We soured on being in the sport when we had to go to a practice near the end of a playoff game between Knicks and Pacers. His mom shooed us out house.

Got home and learned Reggie Miller scored 8 points in 9 seconds. He left soccer for lacrosse, football and swimming thank god because being a soccer family sucked.

You mean the crisis republicans created while they were busy stealing your money?

We’re on that, as evidenced by honest reports of the scope of the situation reaching the media. It’s been four years since one could get real numbers on the border while the misadministration prior was using it a a profit center and scene for their obscene form of religious sacrifice. What we now call a typical republican fraud orgy.

He appears to go beyond disenfranchisement, to advocacy of oligarchy-of-the-educated.
While fewer PofC voting would be one result, it would also mean fewer working class whites voting,  too.   It's an argument I've heard before at political forums,  that most people really don't know enough about public policy or economics to cast a vote wisely.
If people simply vote on what they want personally,  they are easily duped, the reasoning goes.   His reasoning leads to an interesting conclusion, and one some NR readers might reject:  voting hurdles should challenge the average Trump voter as much as they challenge the urban poor or PofC.   In his hypothesized OOTE, Biden would have won by an even bigger margin.   Heh.

No, that’s your argument against people that vote differently than you.
