On the issue of fire season...

Right now workers need to be clearing out dead dry brush, and dead trees, etc, from our forests, and fire roads need to be made, etc.

We can also put fire sprinklers in our forests, we can have water tanks on the hill tops and gravity can be used to power the sprinkler systems.

New ponds also need to be created to provide water for water dropping helicopters, etc.

We can also send new satellites into space to help to keep an eye out for fires.

Now is the time to prepare for fire season.

Salute,

Tony V.

I was working out the progression of white GOP responses, when an unarmed black person is gunned down by cops.

1.  Let's not speculate until we've seen the footage.

(footage released)

2.  This needs context,  don't take this at face value.

(context provided)

3.  There are clearly more relevant facts here,  we need to wait.

(more relevant facts emerge)

4.  Well,  you have to understand this dude was bad,  and thus responsible for his own death!

(reminder of the assigned role of police,  which doesn't include moral judge or executioner)

5.  Well...I know this seems really hypothetical and his priors were all nonviolent and he was fleeing in terror or struggling to breathe....but he was CLEARLY A BIG THREAT!

Tony, we’re on it and the feds are supporting and funding it in ways they haven’t yet. We’ll see how much it helps. Like virus and masks, a lot still comes down to personal responsibility even with successful and effective government measures. Do good and hope for the best while preparing for the worst.

It’s the only way to be here out west.

SCOTUS follows the law as written.
Oh, those texualists!

It’s a good decisions that will halt or reverse some deportations triggered by the Miller-Putin immigration policy of the previous administration. Even the Court can find the front of the parade.

“Congress needs to pass legislation this year to finally secure protection for the Dreamers – the young people who have only known America as their home...

As well as a pathway to citizenship for the farmworkers who put food on our tables.”

-President Joe Biden

We agree— Congress must act now to protect essential farm workers, Dreamers and TPS holders.

Our President Joe Biden  called for “permanent protections for immigrants on temporary protected status who come from countries beset by man-made and natural made violence and disaster.”

Protecting these communities— and the limitless contributions we make— should not be a partisan issue.

Congress owes farm workers a path to citizenship. The Senate has the power to deliver. The next 100 days are critical, and there are no excuses not to act.

‐---‐‐------

The USA needs to make our immigrants legal like President Reagan did, so that our immigrants can legally work, and join labor unions, and so that they can call the police in the case of an emergency, etc.

And we need to write new laws.

We need to have a "GOOD NEIGHBOR" policy for our good neighbors, Mexico, and Canada, and we need to make it easy for people to legally live and work in the USA and we need to make it easy for them to become citizens of the USA.

Sonny Bono wrote our Copyright Law, and he did a fantastic job, and we can write a new immigration law just as easily.

Salute,

Tony V.

So release the footage.

Sure, I will get right on it so you can give it your slant.  I am sure "didnt have to kill him" will be part of it.

Q:  If the fifth shot hits his arm (like the other 4, reportedly) and they stop shooting, what happens next?

Fuck the speculation!

Let’s the footage.

It's real life, not a fucking movie, dope.

No shit.

This is a very stupid argument on your part.

So why was he using his car as a deadly weapon?

Reasonable people shout down white supremacists and their apologists regardless of the seditious turncoat’s skin color. It’s the repudiation repugnant ideas receive in the public sphere regardless of the background and origin story of the idea’s source.

Not that Tim isn’t raising money off this bullshit grievance already. It worked for him just as expected which makes sense since grievance grifting is the focus of his life’s work rather than legislating.
