They want what Joe Biden is selling. The huge programs put forth by the Administration would totally lift up a state like WV. After the way the GOP is fighting the programs the NATION clearly wants killing the filibuster and passing that legislation on a party line would mean the regular white working class voter will vote D for at least a decade if not longer.

Going at half speed now with hopes of doing more in the next cycle is a time proven plan that rarely if ever works out even halfway.

The irony of the voter legislation Manchin opposes in 2021 is he was a co-sponsor in 2019.
