Jon Tester is the man who has to talk to Joe Manchin.

I don't think there is another democrat to whom Manchin might listen. Maybe a couple of Republicans could relieve the pressure on him, but for whatever reason, even as her party betrays her again, I don't think Murkowski will do it. Romney ought to, too. But it seems unlikely.
