I repeat

How about the blacks and Latinos?  Maybe Larry can answer for them.

Why is this being glossed over?  Where is the leadership from this president?

Trump lost. Biden won. If Trump had won his supporters would be leading the charge to get vaccinated.

Most of the them don’t have barriers to healthcare ACCESS and never heard of Tuskegee or Henrietta Lacks.

Have a seat, boy.

Wow!

Barbara Boxer accosted and robbed in trendy Jack London Square in Oakland.
A few days ago CNN’s Jim Acosta had his dinner at a posh DC restaurant interrupted by gunfire.
I guess the criminals don’t care that the liberals are on their side
Maybe Cori Bush can fund a rent-a-cop business for the misguided leftists.

And Nancy Pelosi's House was ransacked and defiled by racist fascist thugs who tried to steal democracy.

A report by Forbes shows that numerous Democrat mayors around the country hired private security after their cities cut or “proposed cutting” police budgets.

According to Forbes, “25 major U.S. cities across the country” took up the defund the police cause and mayors in 20 of those cities “enjoy the personal protection of a dedicated police security detail.”

Moreover, Forbes emphasized that “the defunding of police — coupled with taxpayer dollars spent on police security details protecting public officials — only occurred in cities run by Democratic mayors.”

The cities where this occurred included Baltimore, Chicago, Denver, San Diego, San Francisco, and New York City.

What Red means is that voters in most large US cities don't trust Republicans to govern.

There are three Repub mayors in the largest 30 US cities

And those are all in Red states

So Red is cherry picking from a universe that is largely democratic to begin with and applying an undefined "took up the defund the police cause" sticker to them.

And if a mayor has a police bodyguard-guilty.

Pure idiocy.

Red never disappoints.

Wow,!

Wonder why CNN’s race to the bottom in news ratings is so precipitous?
Listen to its moronic nighttime anchor Don Lemon:

Lemon said, “I’m sure a lot of people won’t agree with this but don’t get the vaccine. You can’t go to the supermarket. Don’t have the vaccine, can’t go to the ball game. Don’t have a vaccine, can’t go to work. You don’t have a vaccine, can’t come here. No shirt, no shoes, no service. I think that’s where we should be because we can’t to waste our breath on people that are just not going to change. You know, the logic they keep going back and saying, well, it’s my freedom or whatever. I’m free. Your kid is not free to give other kids meningitis in schools. Got to take a vaccine to do that. You got to take a vaccine to be employed. So what is the big deal? All these people are saying I don’t want to put this stuff in my body and out drinking on the weekend and putting other substances in their bodies way worse than a vaccine. Come on, let be real.”

Get real?

Red’s intestinal worms are keeping him up at night and he hate watches CNN. That or he just pasted that in from somewhere without being able to actually read it.

It the type of voluntary civic action Red used to defend when it stemmed from bigotry and not science. It is most fully and completely pro-life.

More parents are homeschooling their children even as schools have been planning to reopen with in-person instruction since the pandemic, the Associated Press (AP) reported Monday.

According to the report, despite the varied reasons parents give for choosing to regularly homeschool their children, the “common denominator” is that school closures during the pandemic presented them with the opportunity to try it out, and they discovered it was beneficial to their children.

AP cites data from the U.S. Census Bureau  that found 11.1 percent of K-12 students in the nation are now homeschooling. That statistic represents a significant jump from the 5.4 percent who began homeschooling when schools closed throughout the country in the spring of 2020, and from the 3.3 percent who homeschooled prior to the pandemic.

Of particular note in the Census Bureau data is that homeschooling rates are surging among black families, in which the proportion of homeschooling increased from 3.3 percent in spring 2020 to 16.1 percent in fall 2020.

From last year, an an examination of backlash. It’s a long read but worth the time

”They charged African American protesters—who sought to end nearly a century of Jim Crow segregation, lynching, and disenfranchisement, as well as job and housing discrimination—with moving “too militantly.” To backlashers, the potential passage of the Civil Rights Act marked the dangerous acceleration of a process that needed to proceed more deliberately, according to their schedule and on their terms. “There is wide agreement on Capitol Hill that the polls are right in saying that the white majority believes that the Negro is pushing too far, too fast and that the Kennedy administration is trying to do too much to help the Negro,” Chalmers M. Roberts of The Washington Post wrote in October 1963, in the first story of a three-part report on “the current status of the racial issue in America.”

A few months earlier, in his “Letter From a Birmingham Jail,” Martin Luther King Jr. criticized white moderates (“who have never felt the stinging darts of segregation”) on the ground that their charges of excessive haste were a cover for the racist status quo: “For years now I have heard the word ‘Wait!’ It rings in the ear of every Negro with piercing familiarity. This ‘Wait’ has almost always meant ‘Never.’ We must come to see, with one of our distinguished jurists, that ‘justice too long delayed is justice denied.’”

”Drawing upon the template of the backlashes of earlier historic moments, these protesters, too, combine the paranoia and insecurity that have long warped our political culture with acclamations of freedom for some at the expense of freedom for all. As during Reconstruction and the civil-rights era, we face once again the danger that a politics of freedom and equality may be eclipsed by the psychology of white resentment.”

(OPINION)

In short, unless the perceived effectiveness of the vaccines is one of the greatest frauds of all time, we are currently in no danger of seeing numbers that once again threaten to cause a catastrophe in our health care system, which was the entire justification for the government usurping endless dictatorial powers due to this emergency

IN NEW YORK.

There are places in which the numbers have already past last winters.

Godz, you are such an asshole and so is the Post.

You do help demonstrate how much of a loser Ward is for trying to blame the low vax numbers on Biden and Harris and their reactions to Trump as well as your own bogus claims about how few GOP members have not gotten vaccinations.

But just in case you wanted more clarity of the idiocy of the GOP's rank and file, there is this:
https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/2021/07/27/asa-hutchinson-arkansas-covid-vaccine-boo-dons-take-dlt-vpx.cnn

Hutchinson simply said that the vaccination doesn't affect fertility (which is true) and got booed for it.

You and your fellow bullshit-swallowing and regurgitating troglodytes in the GOP have conspiracy-theoryed yourselves into a corner.

The numbers shouldn't get as bad nationally as they were, but it is quite possible that the states that are still below 40% vaccination will see their case load climb to and past those levels - the states that did not use the "dictatorial" powers (and still won't).

But it is also quite possible we won't know, because some of those GOP states are no longer making their numbers available.

https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/#graph-cases-daily shows the current trend in daily and average daily cases. Remember that death counts tend to trail cases by a few weeks, but that we are hoping that will depressed by the vaccinations. Nationally.

Missouri isn't laughing.
